Nice enough rooms in great location. Tv wasn’t working which hotel knew but didn’t advise us. They did fix it though once I told them. Breakfast is basic but nice enough. Would stay here again for the price as the rooms were large and the pool was nice.

Really charming place

Room was a bit dreary because of dark wood furnishings , but so what..it was clean , and for what it cost it was excellent 👍. A lovely light breakfast was also included in the price. All staff were very very friendly and helpful. If loud thumping music is your scene Pub Stree is just minutes away by tuktuk...or walk if you're healthy and not a fattie like me. (Woke brigade...if you're upset by me saying-- fattie - I couldn't give a toss.). Had one of the nicest Tom Yum soups I have ever had , served poolside. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Loved our stay here. Booked for four nights but ended up staying five. The hotel was really quiet despite its central location. We were there over new year and two huge stages were built in Pub Street and we were worried noise would keep us awake; it didn’t. The rental bikes were the best we saw. Comfortable with gears and big wheels. The room was comfortable and large. And the pool was famtastic to return after a day of sightseeing. I would happily recommend.

There was a snake in my room !! I was very scared and when i wanted to Check out they gave me problem for refounding my money they say they pay comission to expedia and they did not refiund me all I dont recommend at all The stuff were nice and the restaurant was good but the breakfast was very limited and not open buffet

Room smelt of mold. Mold on bedsheets when i arrived. Visible stains on towels and sheets. Tv not connected. shower head broken shooting most water sideways. ‘Bottled’ water is reusable glass type. Stains on lampshades. Restaurant good. Staff nice.

Great family stay for 4 nights - staff went above and beyond - airport pickup, Angkor Wat visit and Phare Circus was exceptionel. Big thanks to Vibo and mr. Tops for great tuk-tuk service!! Spacious rooms, beautiful decor, pool and tranquil ambience. Recommend!

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the chance to review this hotel, though honestly I am not sure where to begin to describe how lovely my experience was. As for the basics, my room was beautifully designed, modern, spotless, everything worked, and the plumbing was great (something I’ve learned is a little hit and miss in many SE Asian properties). The location is perfect, far enough from the busy tourist nightspots to be quiet but still only a short walk to the action. Nice restaurant, beautiful pool. Perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was the staff. What a lovely team of kind, welcoming young men and women. Really can’t recommend this hotel more highly. Bravo :)

What an incredible experience in an absolutely amazing hotel, with the kindest people you can meet in South East Asia! Moon Residence and Spa is the best solution for your stay in Siem Reap. Very fast to communicate before we arrived and answered all my questions. They assisted us with booking a tour to Angkor and the driver and the guide were the absolute best!! Highly recommend Mr Mau for Angkor tour in a tuk tuk and he also took us to the floating village. The hotel has very spacious rooms in a tru Khmer style. Cool, great amenities, very clean. The shampoo smelled soooo nice !! Everyone was very helpful, smiling , kind, respectful. People make this place spectacular. on our first day, we were very impressed that the hotel helped us get a to go breakfast very delicious, as we left very early to see the sunrise at the temples. The location is also the best! Just minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. We got so used to being there, that we didn’t want to leave. Kids loved this hotel so much!!! The pool and courtyard are just beautiful. The front office manager was extremely helpful and so kind!! Wish we can come back and spend more time. Would definitely book again. I can’t use enough words in this review to recommend enough this place and especially the staff. I will always cherish the memories. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful oasis close to the centre of Siem Reap. Rooms are outstanding. Check in was friendly and the towel and ginger drink upon arrival was a great touch. The room was large spacious and clean. Swimming pool is relaxing. Dinner was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend Tuk tuk tour driver was fantastic.

Wonderful surprise! "The hotel is a short walk from downtown services and shops. The hotel has its own restaurant by the pool where you can drink and eat. The price level of the restaurant is reasonable and the breakfast is tasty. Landmark king room is very spacious and tidy. The room and hotel were really peaceful and we were really able to relax there. Wifi was fast an reliable. Staff very helpful "

During our trip we have a stayed at one or two 5 star hotel but the customer service at this hotel is second to none ! What a lovely hotel , all amenities available in a tranquil setting . It is also well located being a short stroll to the market and center of town . Well recommended

Always My Preferred Place To Stay in Siem Reap I loved everything here .I travel many countries and this hotel is the best place that I really enjoyed .This is my third times staying at the Moon Residence in Siem Reap service is as always helpful staffs, reasonable place and location where I can easily access to the Pub Street by walking. Place is clean, cozy and green.Angkor day tour, car or tuk tuk, is available at optimal price. If I will be in Siem Reap again, this hotel will be my choice.

Best hotel in Siem Reap "We originally had come to stay for just a couple nights but ended up extending our stay longer . We seriously did not want to leave this place. The room we got was designed beautifully with dark wood and white walls, a luxury soaker tub and private pool view balcony. The other wow factor is the pool. This is an unusual time to be in Siem Reap with the closing of hotels, restaurants, etc., and an unprecedented drop of 95%+ of tourism. On the onehand, selfishly, it was nice to have the temples and normally hectic streets to myself, on the other hand it was heartbreaking watching this city close, temporarily. I MUST thank the staff at Moon Residence and Spa for their hospitality and dedication to customer service. The website and photos are exactly spot-on. There are no surprises; what is advertised is what I got. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable with traditional Khmer design and furniture. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool is beautiful, the plants are well maintained and lovely. I have stayed in 5 different hotels over the years in Siem Reap and this by far was the most comfortable, clean and maintained. The breakfast is very good and fresh. The one dinner I had was also very good. The only negative was the sewage renovation on the street outside. But it is happening throughout the city. Mr. Soy, the General Manager was honest and helpful in difficult times. I thank him for the hospitality and wish them all the best on being able to re-open as soon as possible. I strongly recommend The Moon Residence and Spa (which I did not try) for your next stay.

It was a lovely place to stay, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to get an upgrade to a beautiful poolside room with breakfast. It’s a ten minute walk to pub street so not to far but far enough from the hustle bustle.

This is a very nice hotel with a lot of beautiful trees around the swimming pool. Second floor have a room with a nice view. I can enjoy it all the time if I am not going out. Room is clean , quiet and spacious. the The hotel staffs are very friendly And helpful . Close to pup street and night market. 15 minutes from airport. I am happy to stay here.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ambiance was wonderful and hotel staffs were always kind and helpful. The only problem was that the water was cut off in the morning. However, it was solved immedietly. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Chhai and another staffs! I highly recommend this hotel.
