Great stay for a quick trip to Aurora. I was able to make a super late check in and everything was great.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews like I was, they are all fake. This place is a total dump. I did some quick research and looks like the property was acquired in the spring of 2024. They dumped the bare minimum into opening the place. The front desk clerk has been replaced by a kiosk with a . You get one key card which does not have the room number on it. Forgot your room number and our out of luck. The elevator is broken, had to lug my heavy luggage up a flight of dirty stairs. The room was generally clean. The jetted tub had a standard bathroom sink faucet so the tub took over an hour to fill. The bed had only one night stand and plugs on only one side of the bed. Do yourself a favor and find any place but here to stay. Heck your do better if you sleep in your car in the parking lot.
When we checked out there was a human by the front desk but he barely spoke any English. There is no breakfast like just about every other hotel provides. Worst hotel experience in the past 5 years and I have stayed in over 50 hotels in the past 5 years.

Great customer service. All the staff from cleaning to front desk were very helpful. Dev, night shift person, was very responsive and attended to our concerns right away.

My husband and I travel for work and stayed for one night. Everything was great. Check in was easy and rooms comfy. Love the hardwood floors in the rooms!

The room didn’t smell good! While the staff was prompt and helpful, many of the things in the room were broken/lacking.

The staff were pretty nice. The hotel itself needs to be updated but was clean enough. The walls are thin and you can hear what’s going on in the next room. But was OK for one night.

Normally when you find hotels cheaper than others, there is always a issue. This time there wasn't any. From the point of contact, check in was quick and easy. I was also giving a free upgrade to a suite. My room was clean and even had a air purifier, which works perfect with my asthma. I can't wait to go back

Check in was through a computer monitor with a woman through a camera, I don’t think there were any employees in the building at all last night. If you call the front desk, you also speak to a woman from a call center. I would definitely prefer to have a human at the front desk to speak with but I guess these are the times we’re living in. The room smelled like sewage right when we walked in that lingered from the bathroom. The smell never went away. It is very obvious they are short staffed. Also wasn’t a fan of the deposit. I understand the need for a deposit but the deposit was more than the cost of my room and I think that was inappropriate. The deposit should be the cost of the room or less.

No toilet papers when we arrive. Smell like sewer in bathroom. Whole floors are very very wet that we were almost fell anywhere. We have to clean up anywhere on floors

Elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs. My kids had to help carry all our luggage upstairs. The rooms had nothing. No microwave or fridge. One small sofa chair for one person. Ran out of towels on the first night. People were smoking right infront of the door where we parked. Was very disappointed in our stay here. Wished we would have booked else where.

I Stayed last minute in town due to business. Overall for a 1 person it was okay.. Covers were stained- solution was to sleep on the unstained side. bathroom door wouldn’t shut but I was the only one who stayed there so it was ok I guess. I would rate 4 stars if this didn’t happen. Service from front desk was great! No problem there. Overall 2 stars for the stained covers and BR door not shutting. 5 stars for customer service at front desk. Stayed on 06-18-24

Didn’t like the check in process with the televideo. Also, I asked them not to go in my room and they went anyway as a result my Louis Vuitton wallet was stolen.
I didn’t realize it until a week later because it was an extra purse in my bag. I called hotel never heard back guy said he was looking at camera well I guess he didn’t I was so hurt by this BUT I knew they would do NOTHING and I was right now I have purse without the wallet.

It was very creepy to check in at a kiosk with no one at the front desk. I couldn't tell if I was the only person in the building. Talking to an attendant on a monitor screen to check in is not a good experience. The hotel made a bottle of water in a plastic cover on the counter with a sign that said complimentary water. The attendant on the monitor told me to take a bottle from fridge, It was empty. Later in the evening I went to the front desk to see if someone was there and to ask for a different room because the room next to me had children playing and crying and even in the hall. There was someone from the hotel and they graciously changed my room. When I saw there still was no water in the fridge I asked if I could have a soda, which was there, instead. I was told no, and it was some price I don't recall. The lighting in the room was strange. There were no bedside lamps. It was all overhead, and I needed to get out of bed to get to the wall switch to turn off the light over the bed. Overall, it was a very strange stay.

The property itself looked run down - nothing like the pictures. The room smelled, the AC is loud and location doesn’t look safe. We got what we paid for. The staff on the other hand is accommodating and friendly.
