Amazing staff; courteous, and hospitable. Clean, and modern hotel. Nice food at the restaurant. Definitely recommend this hotel who is visiting Izmir

Definitely a very noisy hotel with a train station next to it, as well as some fan voice coming from the next building continuously. The comfort of bed, breakfast and shower is very good, but the noise in the room is extremely disturbing to sleep. I am definitely not going to stay again

Everything was absolutely perfect.The reception staff were so kind and caring especially Mr. Murat who was kind enough to allocate me to the best kind of room I required. I’d like to thank them all including the restaurant and room service staff. Room service food could come slightly warmer but overall, everything was perfect.

Hotel and stay in general were very pleasant. Room was comfortable and clean. Just shower had some issue with water drainage.

The room is new and clean. The restaurant and reception are very kind and the English is excellent. I stayed for 7 days, but the room wasn't cleaned well for 2-3 days. Breakfast is delicious, but I get tired of it after 7 days. It is far from the center of town without a pool. You may not care much because taxis are cheap, but the hotel in the center is more convenient. No. 1 is convenient because it is a 1-minute walk from the train station. Direct to the airport. It may be good for work, but if you are a family, we recommend another hotel.

The pictures of this hotel looked amazing, sadly it just didn't match up to those, it feels the shine is gone.As said, breakfast was amazing, the breakfast crew were helpful and offered great service.The rest of the hotel should take lessons from the breakfast team.A few examples of the less than stellar service. First, we booked our stay a few days in advance, we emailed the hotel with a few requests as we're a family and booked multiple rooms. Most hotels respond within 24 hours, we never got a response. So of course, our requests were ignored and it took the hotel time to find rooms close to each other and get a rollaway bed sent up. Next, we were there in July, so it's hot in Izmir. But the hotel has some weird policy where you can't adjust your own thermostat, if you want AC, you only get it at 23 degrees. I asked this to be changed, no response.Also location wise, while the hotel is close to water, you really can't access the water as there is a freeway between the hotel and the water. It's pretty industrial around the hotel.Overall, decent value, but disappointing service.

Everything was perfect

make sure the cleaness of the bed stuff.

Nice and comfortable room, service like always excellent.

Place was great no complaints

There is no problem with the hotel itself. But too much bad smell coming from the sea. I am not sure it is a common thing but we felt it night and day. Also there is a new construction site next to hotel which is too noisy starting from 8 am. even on Saturday. So night the best choice for this price.

We were expecting a tourist pric

My stay was comfortable. Gps directions on email refers opposite side of train track. It needs to be corrected for easy access to hotel

Hotel is clean, spacious with huge balcony and just next to the boulevard, however far from metro izban and need to order taxi or with car it is a bit far from alsancak, konak

We lived the location. Perfect for seeing the city as it was directly across from the Izban station. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Car park is very small. Self parking is not always possible. Especially during weekends, when the night club in the roof is full.

Staff were very helpful, especially Ilker from FD was very nice. We came as a couple vacation stopover but also perfect for business trips. You must enjoy the wide beautiful breakfast with the lovely bay room view here. + real good price for a Hilton. Highly recommended!
