Nothing right there, but a quick 15 minute walk

Beautiful heritage hotel situated in the heart of Fort Kochi.

A real gem in Fort Kochi. Very nice and luxurious decor. Spacious rooms. Spotless clean. Extremely friendly and personal staff. Romantic. A wonderful roof top pool and roof top restaurant. Bycycles for rent gives great options to see the area even easier. Our only complaint is that they serve butter chicken, where the "chicken" also consists of chicken bones. So since then, we decided to go all-vegetarian or the rest of our Indian holidays. The restaurant was probably the only thing that was not excellent (but still OK).

Loved this hotel! Would definitely stay again. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel had great dining. Rooftop bar and pool was really nice. Loved it!

Far away from central and airports

Everything good except location. Very far from airport and a lot of road diversion . Instead of 45 mins reached 1 hr 30 mins. Very tired

Swimming pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Roof top was also not open

I had difficulty with the check in the front desk had issues locating my reservation. One of the rooms had issues with the bathroom door and the front door. The location of the hotel did not have access to the rest of the town due to construction work in progress. Overall was a disappointment. The fish we ordered thru in room service for dinner gave all of us a tummy pain. The lunch and bfast buffet was amazing and was perfectly cooked.

Love the Hotel, but bit of a journey to get there. Once we got there found to be really good. The location is not the best, but the staff made up for it, food was really good ,the rooms were really nice. Overall i would recommend this hotel if you want a nice quiet stay. Sightseeing is a bit far ie main Kochi this hotel is in Fort Kochi, and you would need to book a taxi or rickshaw to get around. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Unique and beautiful resort. But make sure you get a quiet room or you will hear the speaker chanting from the mosque at 5am.

An utterly charming hotel, in a fabulous location. From the moment I stepped in to Fragrant Nature I felt relaxed and very much at home. All staff are extremely kind; the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and very comfortable; the roof top swimming pool and seating area help you to relax, and the spa facility is just great! Getting in to Fort Cochin is an easy and enjoyable walk, and you are Mantacherry in a joffy with a tuc-tuc....quite memorable and a hotel I would recommend without hesitatio

Very nice area and close to ferry. Also walkable distance to Fort Kochi. Staff was friendly and hospitable and responded to all my request.

The hotel is a bit detached from the rest of Kochi, which I believe to be a good thing. It's in the vicinity of historical attractions, and a short walk from tourist-focused shops and eateries.Although my room was quite comfortable and the breakfast buffet quite tasty if modest, I'd like to give praise to staff members Sukanya, Augustine, Bibin, Anil, and Gibson. They're part of the reason why the hotel gets good marks, so keep up the fine work, folks!

What a hotel! The welcome was perfect with a cooling beetroot drink upon arrival and the offer of a free 15-min massage (which was pretty intense along with the head massage, so if you're fragile maybe give it a miss!). We were in a triple room and the third bed was the sofa bed. It wasn't made up upon arrival which I thought odd, but this seems to be the norm in India as they seem make it up after you've settled I think. The decor in the hotel is lovely with a huge indoor courtyard. The rooftop pool and bar looked lovely, but it was way too hot to use the pool and we were too busy to head to the bar in the evening. The food in the restaurant was so so good and flavoursome, using the local spices no doubt. The portions were quite large, especially the rice, so may be order less at first. There's a cute cafe next door which we didn't visit but I heard it was expensive and there are better places to head to nearby. It's conveniently located and you can get a tuk-tuk to take you around to wherever you want to visit. I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

Spacious,comfortable 5-star room. Hotel in general has a slightly antiseptic, generic feel - it's a tour bus hotel. NOT in the center of town, which is disappointing - most things are 15 minute walk or short tuktuk ride away. I'd choose somewhere in the center and with more character next time.

The property is in need of much repair; for example, small pool tiles are missing or have been refixed in a manner that is very visible, the pool chairs are fraying and need to be replaced. The room is a good size although we had a few issues which hotel staff sorted out quickly. The location is okay and the staff were all pleasant. Overall the hotel is past its glory days.

Great hotel. Loved our stay here, it was fantastic. Food was excellent. Bed comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if ever in Kochi in the future.
