Good Clear Cable. Wi-Fi come and go . The Food is good. 10 minutes Ride to the Main Street for Shopping and Malls in Tricycle for 8 pesos each. Nice Hot shower. Good Customer service...

For me Residenz Guesthouse is a nice place to stay, I like it a very quiet place. Staff was very accommodating.

Convenient to Cebu airport, great seafood restaurant nearby, friendly and clean residential area.

Hotel is clean pleasant and good service. For more improvement They should consider providing laundry service if not allow guest to use their washing machine. They can consider provide a microvave oven. And the main area lobby television should be for guest only. Most of the time the hotel staff or family are watching the tv which was supposed to be meant for guest. That explain there is seldom any guest that hangs out at the common/reception area. I hope they can allow me to use their motor for short distance ride to tita gwapa to buy groceries and food at 7-11 as walking is quite far.

Great hotel, short and cheap taxi ride from airport. Accommodation is spotless with hot shower, safe area staff are very lovely and very accommodating, supermarket and 7/11 two min walk away. Price is unbeatable very good stay.

I had a late flight so I booked this hotel to get some rest , the room is clean but the AC unit was not good and it was to warm to sleep

I loved the peace and quiet that this guest house offers. its far from the highway so you would not disturbed by cars. room is also kept tidy. very nice experience

Residenz is convenient. It is within walking distance from the supermarket, 7 Eleven, and jeepneys. The lodging was also decent, I thought it would be more like a hostel style but it's more than what I expected. My room was huge, clean, and comfortable. I checked in early and they were very helpful in accomodating me. Previous guests checked out early and they allowed me to check in early. Owner drove me to the airport (P150 flat) since Uber and I lost contact for a pickup. Very convenient and he was very nice. Overall, highly recommended and would stay again.

close to airport and also just what we needed. a twin bed room. with privacy and linked washroom facilities with AC. Just that when i had to extend my stay for a night, I was charged a little more by hotels.com

Staff were welcoming and friendly, the building was clean and secure and the room was very nice. The cable tv did not work and the description does not state that the bathroom is shared. Apart from that, a good stay.

We like the hotel, but there are no restaurants around, and there is no breakfast offered. We did get a pizza delivered, but it was pretty bad. The room and hotel itself is great and cheap, and on the bus line from Malapascua, which is why we picked it. Fine for 1 night. Main problem is neighbors sing karaoke or play loud music all the time.

Nice house for overnight. Not far from airport. Good wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Shared bathroom is a minus.
