Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Not so comfortable bed, too soft mattress. Bad shower, didn't work probably. I missed sunbeds by the swimming pool.

We found ourself delayed in the city and looking for a last minute stay. The Zone was an excellent choice. Very friendly staff. Room was immaculately clean. Great amenities and service for the price. Map was a little off in navigation. But once you find it, there isn't a problem. What I really appreciated was the nice lobby music, cold air conditioning, and friendly staff. They even held our bags for us while visited the city waiting on our flight. Not too far from the airport. We'd definitely book again if we visit Chennai.

Hotel is getting worst and no anymore worthy. Pity compare to few years back,it was really superb with excellent rappo Cost/Quality !!!

Rooms are big and staffs are friendly and helpful.

Staff excellent, especially the manager Ananth who was very helpful. Not an ideal location for tourists though, over an hour from the centre of town. Pool was unavailable, told fault in filtration (green, murky and smelly) but I think it was just closed for winter

Hotel rooms were very clean and equipped with nice amenities. Coffee maker in the room!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. It looks like the hotel was very nice some years ago but needs maintenance now.

Very nice hotel near the airport. Comfy bed, everything was working well in the room, very clea, good wifi, very good breakfast buffet. Some nights they have a buffet for dinner, it was very good. The staff at reception and at the restaurant are amazing. Small fitness room and big outdoor swimming pool (the water was not crystal clear though so I didn't go in).

The best feature about this hotel are the rooms. They have the most comfortable beds and are very well appointed, well above the four stars level seen in India. The pool area is nice too. Restaurant was okay. It is conveniently located for the airport but in an area with nothing appealing around.

The Staff at front office and F&B were extremely gracious, their friendliness and hospilaity made me feel as if I was at home.

Our stay at zone was pretty good. Staff were super amazing all the way from front desk reception staff (who even helped negotiate the rickshaw scooter rate for us) to the staff at the restaurant. Amazing people. I wished they would take more care of the mosquito issue though. Too many in the building.

The service was so good that it was a little bit overbearing at times.

A good place for comfortable stay.

I had a very nice staying in this hotel. This hotel is a new one or renovated so everything is beautiful, clean and the pool very luxury! I have also tried the food in the room and I have been surprised as it was good and very cheap. The only bad thing of this hotel is the location. If you're going to chennai for visiting it could be nice as it not so far away from everything by cab... but if you want visit around this hotel ... nothing expect highway.

Just had to find a hotel close to airport for a few hours sleep before a flight the staff were great and made sure I had a wake up call and double expresso before I left for my flight. Was a very easy short journey to airport so v convenient

The hotel is recently opened one, so everything is brand new in the hotel like rooms, shower, dining area etc., Everything about this hotel is good, except for one thing that a hotel of this size and standard must be having, that is a car park lot. This hotel does not have a car park lot. I was asked to park my car outside the hotel premises, I did not agree and asked the management for an alternate solution, then they asked me to park my car inside the hotel compound, hardly there is place for two cars that too without any shade. Except for this, I had a very pleasant stay.

Second stay there. Still a problem with the room's lights and the master button which switches every light off. So, no possiblity of reading light or even to plug electric devices during the night (as a "breather").
