Ok overall great hotel and service, it’s just that Expedia booked us for a king bed and instead we got 2 twins. My wife and I were looking forward to this stay but did not expect to sleep separate in small beds. According to front desk this was a mistake by Expedia ? And they couldn’t get a king size bed.

The staff were very professional and friendly especially Jesus and Sonia at the pool. They accommodated all my needs to make it a much needed break from stresses of life. One of the employees who played the electric guitar was awesome; such a natural when entertaining and super down to earth.

We could hear the people from the other rooms talking. Walls must be really thin. The bathroom sink seemed dirty, but I think it’s just the use and tear. The little packets with q-tips, shower cap, etc. add a nice touch usually, but they did not have them here.

Room was dirty. Bathroom drains smelled like sewage. There was a spoilrd bag of pizza left in the room. The tv didnt work we called multiple times to have it fixed and they didnt fix it or offer to change the room.

Everything was great at this hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

We enjoyed our stay at the AC Hotel. The room was very clean and customer service was excellent. check in was easy and receptionist were all very pleasant. We would request a taxi at the front desk and the tax would arrive in less than 5 mins.

I got to the hotel at 8:00 pm they told me they had moved me to another local hotel due to technical issues without letting me know in anticipation. Terrible attention from manager Ended up in another hotel without my acknowledgment Terrible guest service. Terrible problem handling. Poor staff Worst experience ever

Customer service was great, however, I reserved and paid weeks in advance to receive two king size bedrooms. When checking in, I was given two rooms with two full size beds. I asked the front desk why was this changed, for reserved and paid for two king size bedrooms, and front desk said because that is all they could accommodate for us. The two bedrooms also had A/C issues and had to deal with a hot room all night for both rooms. I was not happy with my experience.

Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything. The plumbing is bad. I could hear whenever the room next door flushed their toilet. My shower was drain was clogged. Lots of noise from the outside. Their room service has inconvenient hours and their breakfast is minimal.
