Overall it was a good stay and a good location. The staff was all very nice. The rooms was not very clean or spacious and the elevator would not work properly.

This property was amazing! We stayed at the meridian suite 305 and it was just like the photos showed! it was a little small for 3 children but that’s solely on us we could’ve booked a bigger room. The pool was great, view was beautiful! And the place was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities! The beds were super comfortable I wish I could’ve taken one home with us! This was our family’s very first vacation and we will def be booking here again! We stayed Sunday- Friday and it was quiet and peaceful, Thursday started getting a little rowdy and some people were loud and obnoxious but we were leaving the next morning so we didn’t bother to say anything! Overall it was a vacation to remember and this place was perfect for our family!

Check in was easy. The room was excellent , loved the fact we had plenty of moving around room. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensil. Furniture was comfortable and clean. My 3 star on commutation was because there was no mention of the parking . The sign on the garage had a bush covering it so if you were not straight in front of it you could not see it. Although the parking pass was on the fridge, again no mention of the location of the garage.

Good location, little twin beds with stamps for pillows and cheaper mattresses. No ironing board or iron. Balconies too close together and sliding door looked like several break in attempts and loose screws. Good a/c and nice little place though all in all. A few years ago ,this would be half what we paid this time!

Good value for the money . Not the best but certainly not the worst. The condo was spacious but could have used a good cleaning and updated . Some things were updated which helped . Great view of the ocean, right on the water .

Great stay, room is a bit small but very comfortable, beds are great , very clean and clean pool and spa.

I would feel bad for a family expecting a nice place to stay, for vacation. I wouldn’t even sit on the furniture it was so filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products, to clean, I would not have stayed if I would not have cleaned. There were feces all over the wall next to the toilet and on bathroom door and handle. The whole place needed a good cleaning, also when I used the electrical outlets, half of them work and when I unplugged, a little flare came out of them. Location was great and sheets were clean. Will not stay at a condo this company owns again. Last minute stay, if price is to good to be true IT is!!!!!

It was a good place to stay.

The room could have a better lock On door. And some of the electrical sockets didn’t hold plugs in. The cords kept falling out. Didn’t realize there were more towels in one of the bedroom drawers till day we were leaving. Other than those small things all was good

Everything was great with the room and we like the fact they had stuff to cook with and it was spacious I really enjoyed everything but we did see bugs every now and then not big just the small baby ones so I think once they take care of that it would be great. I enjoyed the view as well.

The place itself is great location wise, although if you are looking for comfort as far as sleeping our room has the most uncomfortable beds and couch/bed that you could possibly have. Would stay again if beds were upgraded a bit

There was no front desk! Just check in with the info you receive on your phone! Awesome!

The property was nicely located by the beach. The sheets, towels and interior was clean. Everything we needed were within walking distant. A nice added touch would've been 2 beach chairs and towels. We had to go out buy those at Walmart in order to enjoy the beach.

Was clean and within walking distance to most everything and the security for the place was great. Loved the hot tub and indoor pool

Very nice & clean condo. Excellent beachfront, top floor unit. The indoor/outdoor pool & spa options were great. The apartment was cozy, just needs some repairs & fresh paint.

Absolutely loved the views and the kitchen available for us to make meals! Comfy little condo that was perfect for our party of 4. I seen bad reviews about the parking garage, but we had no trouble with it. Only complaint would be is that we couldn’t find anyone to obtain more towels, but that wasn’t a major issue once we found the laundry room. Would definitely book again !

Kitchen could be bigger and at least 2 parking permits per reservation would be nice.

Hosteeva Inconveniently cancelled 1 of 3 reservations hours before check in due to bedbugs. 7 to 10 days wait for refund. Left with two rooms instead of three rooms, family trip nearly ruined. No compensation given or late cancellation fee payed in good faith

Everything was nice and very clean! Great stay

The place was beautiful, with a nice view of the ocean. Clean, had everything you could need, except the wifi was not working.

Need to improve the security of the entrance door and put more attention on cleaning details.

There was no lobby or staff to meet, check in was virtual which we did not realize. Room was satisfactory, bed was tiny. It was an older location had some wear and tear but was clean. The door lock was not good. It required a code and at times took 5-6 attempts to open.

The view was great. Location good. However the building itself is run down. I guess iur room was remodeled, but the craftsmanship was so poor, it all seemed second rate. The outside of the building looked dirty & sticky.

Bathroom tub dirty. Hair in it. Mold. Toilet would not flush. Noises from room next door. For what I paid I should of been able to be in a clean and not loud room. My car had issues coming home from vacation. So had to stop. All my stats at their establishments in different states have been good. Not this one!

While the first room was not suitable, Hosteeva made it right. They changed our room and made our trip much happier. Would recommend to all. Thank You
