The beds were very uncomfortable the blankets could have been warmer and we had very loud neighbors. It was very clean so that was a plus

I booked my mom a room for the night. At first she was upstairs but her room was changed after i talked to the front desk as my mom is handicapped and couldnt walk up the stairs. Thank you for helping with the room change and allowing her car to stay there for day after checking out! I will def be booking with you again! up stairs

Staff is very friendly and accommodating and they made our check-in very smooth I was happy that the pool was still open.. the room was comfortable and spacious

Friendliness of front desk

The place and location was great but our room had the dirtiest floor it turn our feet black. We had to keep shoes or slippers on at all times and the Wi-Fi needs some serious upgrades we could not get the Wi-Fi in our room and the service without it was horrible.

All overall, walls are not insulated against sound. Except for that it is a safe and clean place, near to all Ougunquit facilities.

Refrigerator who make a lot of noise and I was incapable to sleep. They gave me a another room with King Bed that I dont need and I paid a different price for this room.

Most expensive and probably next to last of the 6 hotels that we stayed in on our trip with 5 couples.

Clean, friendly staff

It was good. It was close to the beach and downtown. We also enjoyed the access to the BBQ and the pool.

We were a first floor room and the window on the parking lot side didn’t lock. It is right on a main road so safety is an issue. I was with 2 young children and was worried. Bathroom was poor and no water pressure or hot water.

We had a nice stay at the N'er Beach Motel, and no major complaints. Staff at check in / out were very nice and friendly. The stovetop and in room hair dryer didn't work, we couldn't figure out the TV and there was some mold on the ceiling, but there was plenty of room and the beds were comfy.

Property needs a makeover. I was there seven years ago and going there this week I found it wasn’t kept up to date. Daniel at the desk was super nice.

The rooms were ok. The beds were comfortable, but dorm room level for furniture and fixtures and such. The kitchenette was nicely equipped, and the fridge was very clean. We loved the outdoor space- it was perfect for us all to gather with our 4 and 8 year old and grandparents. The pool and play area was within eye sight from the room, and safe for them to play outside without concern for cars. The pool was also very clean and in excellent condition. The walk to the beach was easy for the adults, but the kids sometimes got tired. There is a little pull off in the wildlife refuge to drop-off/pick-up, so we took turns doing the walk after parking. There is NO parking or drop off area at the beach itself. A wagon or bike is very helpful.

There was a hole in the floor of the bathroom and the bathroom was smelly. In general the room and property are run down. There were also lots of ants in the room. Appliances and furniture were dated. We expected better at this price point.

I would have left and gone someplace else but per their policy they don’t refund. They didn’t clean the room, all they did was make the bed and replace towels. Never vacuumed or swept the floor. It was the worst bed to sleep on. It felt like we were sleeping on a sheet of plywood. My boyfriend who weighs 400lbs and is 6’2” should have sank down in the mattress but it didn’t budge.

Horrible experience. Save your money. The air conditioning was broken and staff was not around. No directions on how to use it. The air conditioning remote did not work at all and would not blow cold air. It was permanently set at 76 and we were unable to change it and it was locked into the heat setting. Next morning we went to the office and we were told that we had to hold the button down to get ac to work. However, remote still wouldn't work to lower temp so spent whole day and night in August heat sweating to death. It was 82 degrees in our room! The windows were small and there was no AC at all in the main bedroom. It was hundreds of dollars and would probably be $60 a night in any other location. See pictures. Mold on ceiling, outdated, poorly decorated room which needs serious updating. Staff didn't offer to even come check the AC. Stay elsewhere. Literally one of worst places I've stayed.

Location was ok. Tv and air conditioning was good. Situated in room #7, was the worst room. Right next to the maids and laundry room with a garage door. Very noisy, garbage always piled up outside my door. Never cleaned out the coffee maker, toilet leaked water on the floor if you leaned back on the tank. I think it's the cheap Expedia room 😂 I do not recommend

The staff was great. The whole property was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the mixed quality of their recent renovation. Some of the room appointments were solid, but the flooring and bathroom fixtures were not the right choice for a hotel/motel. They were clearly worn down by quick over use. Overall, a safe and pleasant stay.
