I was in desperate need , when I inquired their quote was a lot higher than the internet ( I’m on a tight budget ) originally she was going to charge me $30 for my service animals but after I purchased on the internet she then charged me $235 for my pets , then I had to pay $40 for late checkout( the guy didn’t even want me to stay even though it’s advertised ) . The water pressure was horrible , I had to clean the room before I brought my stuff in , they had no “ do not disturb” signs, ( the guy in office took a piece of paper and wrote do not disturb and handed it to me) the other customers were sketchy to say the least . I found drug paraphernalia in the smoking / sitting area , many dogs of other customers were off leash , hair dryer didn’t work , no coffee pot , refrigerator was off initially, no pet area and the close parks don’t allow dogs. Honestly, for the price a little over $800 for a week , it isn’t worth it !!! I could have dealt with a lot but between not feeling safe , the staff were nasty, the water pressure, and the money .. I should’ve stayed somewhere else .

Could still hear trains go by around bedtime. I was in one of the few rooms where there was a room above - could hear folks walking upstairs on hardwood floor upstairs and folks talking in room next to me - not sound insulated. My bed squeaked. Bathroom recently upgraded and nice. Price is cheap, but they should still offer one bottle of water when you arrive.

There was some roaches here. Very noisy and disturbing guests playing loud music outside and slamming room doors. The train was loud and could be heard after 11 pm sometimes.

Treated terribly by staff. Threatened by maintenance worker. Dirty room. TV didn’t work. No closets. Noisy. Bed was old and squeaky. Just a terrible place. Total ripoff.

Ive stayed here many times and was satisfied but this time was terrible. The floor was filthy i couldnt walk barefoot on it and the towels were heavily previously stained with a grey material. Gross. I dont know if you get worse customer experience because you have a dog but they charge $35 a night exyra to stay in a room with filthy floors and stained towels.

The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. Everything was great except there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Staff was really nice. Other then that it’s a nice quick place to stay located near restaurants down the road

Room was upstairs, I requestes 1st floor. Bed made alot of noise and was uncomfortable. Aur Conditioner sounded like a jet engine when running.

The A/C didn’t work when I checked in. I went to tell the worker who just stared at me and looked annoyed. After I told him for the third time and he still acted like he couldn’t hear me and wasn’t willing to walk up to the window I decided I would just leave and sleep on a couch. Wouldn’t stay here if they paid me. Very rude worker, also.

The rooms are actually beautiful! Bathrooms are new and the pricing is exceptional for the area! It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping! The WiFi worked in the office but never worked in my room. It wasn’t a problem as I didn’t need it! There is a train that comes quite close; however, the noise is only temporary. It didn’t bother me. The staff were very nice as well!

I've stayed at my share of budget Motels before and would rate this below a Motel 6. There was no one at the front desk for check in at 7PM on a Thursday night and had to wait about 15 minutes.
Room itself was clean and had a refrigerator, microwave and air-conditioner.
Room itself was stuffy and the air conditioner was louder than a Motel 6 AC. The bed was on a weird frame that would make a loud banging sound when getting on/off or moving too much which kept waking my 4 year old up when she was able to sleep with the loud AC. Refrigerator was also noisy. Lets not forget the train tracks are close by and we had a train go by in the middle of the night waking us up yet again.
Let's not forget they give the TV remotes at check in and mine didn't work.
We did not sleep much the 2 nights we were there and were completely exhausted on our Legoland Adventure.
Location is nice but that's all I can say I enjoyed.

Rude, especially the bedding, sheets, and blanket, or not queen there were still things from the person before the belongings left in the sheets and blankets. Staff which is also owner manager rude would not admit to being a manager so I called from the parking lot looking at him and ask for the manager and he says hello I am the manager. Stay away at all costs in fact, purposely drive by it just so you can leave it. It’ll be your best move.

Nice staff, but this place really needs to step up their game when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean, the toilet was dirty even though it had the “sanitized” band around it, mirror had prints all over, sink was dirty. We had ants in the bathroom. Sheets had holes in them.

Hotel.com rated this motel 7+ stars. This rating was completely wrong. The motel was truly an awful experience. I previously trusted Hotel.com’s rating but now I’m thinking differently. Might start using other hotel booking pages due to the lack of trust I have in that website. Sorry but just being honest.

Older property, convenient to town, but the closest public access "beach" is rocks, not sand. Actual sandy beach is farther, near downtown area. Rooms have been somewhat renovated, but VERY poorly kept: there was hair left in the shower, and my feet were filthy on bottom after walking around the room barefoot (it's a beach town; right?) Spend a few more bucks and get closer-in to town and the beach!

You.cant beat the value for your money. Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. Not fancy. No pool, free coffee, etc , but its incredibly inexpensive for the area. Beach and cute shops are fairly close.

Great little find! So close to everything. Great little area for the dog. Perfect parking. The room was very nice with plenty of plugs and counter space. Very clean. Will stay again!

Backs up to train tracks. Loud. Walls are thin? You can hear kids and adults talking loudly. Bed uncomfortable.
