Probably one of the best hotels in town with a great view from the rooftop pool. Decent breakfast and rooms, super bad internet. Entrance of the hotel is placed inside the roof of a gaz station, a bit weird area.

Staff and breakfast were excellent but the condition of the room left much to be desired. This place needs some maintenance. Lots of repair needed to floors, furniture, and stained walls within the room. Room was spacious and wifi was fast. The pool could also use some maintenance/cleaning.

The first room I was given had a horrible stench in the bathroom. There were a number of other issues with my stay here as well. Some staff very helpful, others not at all. The lobby is very glitzy.

My trip to Encarnacion was very bad at first, the hotel that touched us was very unpleasant, we received offenses and mistreatment from a staff of the Luxsur hotel. Muy lamentable y malo, pasamos momentos muy desagradable

Special thanks to the lady at reception who spoke English (I am sorry I didn't get your name). Breakfast was delicious, so many options including egg and bacon. There was a pool on the 8th floor and restaurant and bar. The cocktails were lovely and caprices very cheap. Excellent location, supermarket 5 minutes away as well as the bank and money exchange. Also near the bus terminal. Many thanks for the great stay and introduction to Paraguay. If I ever return I will stay here again and tell others to. Muchas Gracias.

Located a short walk from the intercity bus terminal.The hotel is multi-story with restaurant, bar and swimming pool on the top floor...which has a panoramic view over Encarnacion and across the River to Posadas.The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained...with a modern ensuite bathroom, with abundant hot water.Not many options for Restaurants, within walking distance.The staff were very helpful.We found other hotels, further out of town, which were better value.
