Funcionários extremamente cortes , e atenciosos .

Bem localizado apesar de a estrada que dá acesso ao hotel está em obras . Café da manhã maravilhoso , bem servido , porém bem repetitivo . Cama , travesseiros e chuveiro maravilhoso . Funcionário do bar da área da piscina é muito gentil e educado e nos serviu a cerveja no balde com gelos . Existe uma agência de viagens que auxilia nos passeios e ficamos muito satisfeitos com as dicas e os passeios que fizemos .

pontos negativos : no prédio antigo o estacionamento não é coberto , até são a opção de colocar no estacionamento do prédio novo , porém fica muito longe . Pegamos 2 dias de chuva e o hotel não oferecia um guarda chuvas ou um funcionário com o guarda chuvas para nos acompanhar até no carro ( isso no prédio antigo ). Chegamos com muitas as malas e nenhum funcionário se prontificar a ajudar ou indicar o carrinho para carregar as malas . E o pior foi que no terceiro dia no hotel solicitamos a limpeza do quarto e pasmem pegaram apenas o lixo e trouxeram itens de higiene. O chão nem uma vassoura passaram ( e estava um pouco sujo pq havia chovido ) . A cama nem se quer arrumar ou trocaram a roupa de cama ( do jeito q eu arrumei pra sair ficou ). Limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar por se tratar de um resort esborrávamos mais .

The location was 5 mins away from the airport and 9 mins to the national park. The property was clean and comfortable with nice staffs' service. Nice view from the accommodation, especially pool.

We weren’t in the same hotel as we booked. They changed the name for a second rate property. The bathroom was filthy, excreta on the bidet shower head. Bed was falling apart.

We were so pleased we chose this hotel . Our room was big and everything in it and the bathroom worked perfectly . Breakfasts and buffet dinners had lots of choice. Pool area was lovely and good to relax in after a day of sightseeing . Easy to order up drinks / food if needed .

We liked almost everything except the very loud music by the pool with the DJ on Saturday early evening .

Great as usual!!! My family and I love the San Juan Eco Resort!!! Breakfasts are delicious!

Maybe it will be better to keep children at the other pool away from adults drinking alcohol.

The restaurant is a disaster. Very,very noisy - it was impossible to talk with the others around the table- and you had to shout to communicate with people sitting next to you.

We really liked the breakfast and dinner, both buffet style with a great selection. Especially, the dinner buffet had great variety of salads/ vegetables and out of this world desserts. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly, the prices reasonable. Also, the tour agency CCH located in the hotel lobby could arrange any rides for site seeing or tours. Many thanks to our tour agent and driver!

The hotel is located next to the airport. It was impossible to find an Uber ride to and from the hotel, a taxi is a better choice.

New facilities, very comfortable beds. Breakfast has huge selection both cold and hot (although not many healthy options). The pool is huge and looks great; there is also a spacious sauna (mixed gender). There is a buffet restaurant and also a separate sushi restaurant; we didn't eat there but the fish displayed looked very fresh. The on-site store sells souvenirs and basic necessities. The modern design looks stylish. The wardrobe in the room was very practical with lots of surfaces to put down stuff. The bathrooms were also very comfortable and practical. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and comfort.

Probably because of the size and modern design, the place came across as a bit soulless. The changing rooms for the sauna would benefit from a bench to sit down, keys for the locker, and shower gel.
