nice pool but very noisy music and water feature

the door key wrist straps would not work on our room so we had to queue at reception for a bell boy every time we wanted to get into our room

amazing highly recommend great for families with smaller children. the facilities were really nice and had a huge variety. the staff was very friendly. the entertainment staff was very nice. breakfast buffet was very complete and the dinner buffet as well

some parts were a bit worn out in the hotel but to be expected with such a large facility resort

Consider bathroom disposable sleepers to avoid slipping over. Our first room with a carpet had stains and was dumpy. Consider replacing with wooden floor or tiles even for the corridors An electric kettle or jug for boiling drinking water and add some coffee and tea satchets in the room Abit noisy on the corridors and guests walk or run caused disturbances

Breakfast with diversified options, carefully prepared and served. The room is large and well furnished for working and for resting. The gentleness of the staff is a high point of the hotel.

One of the lifts remained broken form more than a day. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived but arrangements for clining were promptly taken by the staff when we complained.

I liked to thank Felipe at the front desk, Rodrigo at the restaurant and Marcia at the spa for their excellent service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We felt very welcomed.

Just to be picky, I would say that the indoor pool wasn't as clean as I expected but the weather was quite chilly so it was very crowded.

Very nice hotel, but the staff are the star of it. They are so polite and so helpful. Amazing service. I would definitely recommend it.

The fact that they could have more amenities in the room like tooth brush and toothpaste. And also perhaps a bottle of water for free. Such an expensive hotel could have free water.

A bit noisy at times. Games (bowling area) need a little revamping.

Facilities are very good for families, food was also a plus. Rooms have a good space and well maintained. Overall a very positive stay near the Iguassu Falls and other family places such as the Bird Park.

I would like to point out two major issues (a) the absence of a lifeguard in the kids swimming pool and (b) the mistake in my final billing due to an overcharge. I don't think it was done on purpose, bu suggest you check your final statement before paying.

It had all we needed and wanted and it was a perfect mixture of nature and entertainment. perfect for kids and teens. Lots of stuff to do and even had a small animal sanctuary!

Nice infrastructure, definitely a family resort, with a lot of activities for kids. Well located.

During COVID times, some things could have been avoided: 1) some restaurants closed during evenings or dedicated to "kids dinner", making all guests crowded in the remaining ones; 2) main pool being 50% used, as one side has a 2.5m depth, so adults and kids were gathered closer than expected. Staff trying to sell at all costs the Bourbon Club Membership, making the stay unpleasant at some points. Food at dinner could be better, given the price paid.
