the kids pool could be better...

Wonderful place.

The beds. Top 5% beds ever. The general staff. The recreation staff.. even though it was mainly for kids, and in Portuguese which we don't really speak, so we didn't participate, you could see how good they were.

The shower temperature varied A LOT making it a bit difficult to shower. The hotel lacked some things like a microwave heater, or an in room water heater. Staff spoke SOME Spanish/English but not enough, so a few things we wanted/needed were just not possible to communicate. They have a Volleyball court BUT it was located so far from everything that no one used it, which is a pity because playing Volleyball is one of my favorite things to do when on a vacation hotel. The heated pool temperature was not hot enough. The natural thermal pool was rather cold for a "thermal" water. The food service was good, BUT, we had only Dinner included in the price. We payed for Lunch on day and this one paid food was clearly better, so we are left with the idea that there is a difference between the food included in the fare and the one you have to pay. They insist too much in selling you the "time shared" option and they won't take a no easily, which is pretty annoying when you are not interested in the slightest as it is our case.

The property was well-maintained and clean.

I have travelled throughout the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels; however, this is the only hotel that I have stayed in that did not have an iron for me to use. This was incredulous.

the rooms were not clean we stayed at 116 and 120 they rooms were with ants all over the bathroom. Also other guess got sick on breakfast and they didn’t have staff prepared to do CPR.

Breakfast and dinner buffet very good, especially if you are with children.

Reception staff in general not very friendly.

Nobody told us that the thermal pool was the big one During dinner, it was dificult to find a waiter to get beverages

We visited to spend time at the Falls the resort was just what we wanted good food a lots of it, great weather and loved the swimming pools, we spent a week here and recommend it .

Spacious room in hotel (stayed in new tower). Good selections at dinner and breakfast restaurants. Fantastic staff all round...from the pool bar, reception, and particularly the bell boys.

Seems space in lobby of new tower could be made more useful?? Better signage to spa.

bedrooms not comfortable, mattress was not good breakfast seemed like fast food, with no individual offers too much noise all over the place very few restaurant offers during Spring season (only buffet restaurant) indoor swimming pool was too crowded with people drinking alcohol close to children …

Great breakfast and nice staff. The room was very big and had comfortable beds.

Many facilities need to pay extra. We suffered for 3 hours with no electricity.

Internet, I had to register every day again and it was slow. The trail advertisement was not accurate, you can’t go for a walk or run on your own in this trail

Staff are wonderful, helpful, and so friendly.

The building are Older than I expected. Rooms need to add Iron and ironing board. Bathroom need ventilation fan.
