Small grimy uncomfortable room. Rooms not cleaned after the first night (we stayed for 2 nights). WiFi cut off in the middle of a meeting. Poor value for money.

The room was very, very dim and there was no table lamp. Instead, it was a standing lamp that could not be adjusted and point to a corner of the table which would not help. Helpful young lady staff recommended a short day trip to us which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant is for small bites and does not have good gluten-free option. Parking is available at AUD25. We were able to walk 15-20min to shopping streets/restaurants.

Glass divider for a bathroom.. I have no idea how this ridiculous notion came about but I want solid walls between my bed and bathroom. It’s uncomfortable, embarrassing and just soooo stupid. The glass bathroom door doesn’t seal and there is a gap. If you turn the bathroom light on at night the whole hotel room is lit completely up… why oh why and just NO.

Check in was ridiculous, waited over 20 minutes with one person on the desk, wasn't even apologetic. Then sent to another car park to park, even though it clearly states both on their website and hotel com that there is onsite parking , you can not reserve it . It should have been $25 but was charged $35 at the machine . Terrible

Clean quiet hotel. Location was a bit too far away from restaurant choice.
Twice I came back after 3pm and my room hadn’t been made up, would prefer rooms to be serviced in the morning

A bit of a hiccup on arrival. They could not find our reservation. After about 30 mins of looking at emails, hotels.com reservation and looking into the hotel computer reserations we were finally able to access our room. Room was immaculate. Choice of pillows. Nice hot shower. Short stay while attending a concert. Super close to city.

I really like to stay here. Location is convenient; close to bus stops. You can walk to Queen Street for shopping. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable and clean. I feel safe to stay here. I will definitely come back to stay here. By the way, the staff team is welcome and responsible for their jobs very well. Thank you!!!

Very pleasant stay overall for a quick trip. I like the amenities the hotel had in particularly the included breakfast, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ lotion in the room making easier and convenient. Can walk anywhere within 20 minutes with shops close by or take public transport. Only down side while jsut only very minor and small things were: was not being about to check in earlier or out a early check in request and pay a fee to have that option, the construction across road, the little bin in room was not emptier from the previous guest staying, the fridge making a sound sporadicly and hair dryer button broken. Aside from that overall very good place to stay and the highlight were the front desk team I interacted with as we’re very friendly during my stay.

House keeping needs to be considerably improved! When we complained, the GM stepped in (who was great to deal with) and our room then got some extra attention from the house keeping department!

Location is great. The hotel is located about 400m from the Central train station and is walking distance to the Queen Street Mall and other shopping centres. Conveniently located near Bus and Ferry Stations as well. There’s some construction going on across the road but we didn’t find it intrusive. We noticed it only when we went out of the hotel.

Not impressed with the receptionist when we arrived had an attitude on her. Fridge not switched on when we arrived had to tell them to change the milk as it would hsve gone off. 1st day no flannels and beds not made 2nd day no bath mat but got flannels. Had toasted sandwich in restaurant very measly and expensive.

I’m so happy I found this property as it will be my go to place for quick Brissy trips, the price to stay here is fair and included a great buffet hot breakfast. Parking is extra but also affordable with the price of the hotel as everywhere is walking distance. 10mins to queen street mall and places to eat. I did get a craving for some chocolate after dinner so up to my room asked to a pack of choc honeycomb they said they can just put on my room number I said sure. However soon realised the small pack was $18 I returned unopened the next day as I’m not that much on a honeycomb fan just wanted a sweet treat. The treats in the hotel are very expensive. $5 for a Kit Kat so besides not getting my chocolate fix I was very happy with my stay everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall is the hill to get to it!

Was a great find for our visit to Brisbane, the rooms were clean and new, breakfast was great and parking while an extra was convenient. Beds were comfortable and we had an adjoining room for our group so that worked out well. Water pressure was good, as other properties in the area we have stayed at have had issues.

Staff uninterested in helping with luggage. No option for a late check out.

Overall it was good with free breakfast and parking. Unfortunately I was given room 107, this room was noisy. The night staff going outside all hours of the night to smoke, talk and laugh. This is directly below room 107, so you can hear everything. Apart from that it was good. I will ask for a room on the other side of the building next time.

10 mins walk to Riverside ferry terminal for CityHopper Ferry. 12 mins walk to Brisbane Arcade. Car parking is not a problem. Hotel front have drop off point for you to stop by to check in and register for the car park lot. Free breakfast is nice.

Gym is a little small barely enough for 2 people to workout in the space available besides the treadmills
