Very perfect cozy place

I loved how centrally located Vienna Grand Apartments is in Vienna. Good, groceries, entertainment, and local culture was prevalent. I highly recommend this location because of how close it is to food and grocery stores. And everything you would want to see (St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, etc) are all within walking distance or a short ÖBB ride.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The shower entry door was dirty, and the toilet area always had a foul smell. I was able to speak to speak to the front desk once in my stay of 5 nights. Besides that everything else was ok

Was the perfect location for my business trip as close to wear I was working. Good and easy transport links to get into main town centre. Apartment was just the right size and had everything I needed for my short stay. Plenty of supermarkets around to get food if self catering as I was. Staff were brilliant especially the Manager, Nina, who went out of her way to help me sort my luggage that was left behind by the airline during a transfer. Will definitely stay again.

A spacious apartment, near the river and near public transportation. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. A couple of bakeries very nearby for freshly baked bread in the morning. Very quiet (as long as the windows are closed).

I was staying with my family. It was so spacious and comfortable that it felt like home. I am very satisfied. If I go to Vienna again, I will definitely use it again. And there is a bakery just down the street, and their bread is very good. You should definitely try it. However, I didn't go with a car, so it's hard to say anything about parking.

Fabulous, affordable accommodation strategically located near the subway. Responsive office that gave timely and caring support. Clean and well-appointed apartment that allowed us a terrific vacation. We would most certainly return and seek them out again!

The apartment is very spacious and kept up nicely. The manager Nina met us at the front and very smooth check in. She was very helpful and kind anytime we needed help. I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Apartment very spacious. All very clean and new. Good location (5 min walk) for tube link short journeys to central areas 15 mins. 2 great bakeries next door and across road.

Nice place if you need to catch a train the next day.

Beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Finished to a high standard. Definitely would return here! For a longer stay :)

The apartment is well equipped. Everything you need is there. You don’t see the staff, but they are helpful all the time. The only thing is that it was too hot, we had ventilators, but still it was too hot.

Fabulous apartments, great area. Apartment was immaculate and beautifully finished with quality furniture & appliances. Marked down solely due to poor check in. Keys are delivered remotely to a hatch on a panel by the main door. When room is ready they send you a code to obtain the key. We never received our code email. Upon landing at 3pm we texted, whatsapp'd, emailed and tried phoning but no contact. We even rang expedia for help as it was gone 5pm, dark and very cold and we felt stranded. Got to apartments but locked. Spotted a button on panel by door which made contact with someone via intercom who got us into our room. I was told that email had been sent to us but their internet sometimes goes down and this would be the reason for non delivery and the phones not working as well. Would still recommend 100% though and would stay again.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, amazing condition, cleanness and check-in / check-out very efficient. Every detail was taking care off, from the drink - coffee available, to the small pieces of chocolate on the pillow. Location is amazing, at 5 min from a main U station, and 15-20 min to downtown core. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

We had an amazing two bedrooms penthouse. The hole building was renovated not to long ago and all facilities are brand new. The apartment is large and spoiling, it has a fully equipped kitchen, it has nice and cozy livingroom with sofas and 65inches dmart TV including Netflix etc. Dishwasher, dishwasher, washer machine, all you can ask for. Location is excellent!! 7 euro taxi to the center, Pharmacy, bakery, and some street food right next to the hotel, great hosting by Warren the king, always willing to help and assist. This hotel is highly recommended by me , truly 5* Best value for money!!! I'll sure be back, and recommend to all of my friends who goes to Vienna, to stay at Vienna grand apartments. (We were 3 adults who celebrated our moms 81 b-day, we came to the Christmas markets and stayed there for 4 nights at end of November 2019) Danny

The apartment was wonderfully appointed. It felt like a true home away from home. It was only 1.5 miles from the downtown area Saintstephensplatz. We really liked staying there.

Very nice spacious apartment in a good location close to metro and tram. Right next to 2 bakeries, close by are supermarkets and barbers. Nice restaurants too nearby. Very comfortable apartment, appreciated the free drinks in the fridge, on a Sunday afternoon an Uber ride to the airport was €21. Highly recommended.

Simple check in and out. Huge, clean rooms with everything you need, for including a kitchen and washer/dryer which is super convenient. 5 mins walk to U4 line which takes you to city center, Opera house, Naschmarkt and the Schonbrunn Palace direct. The neighbourhood is quiet so you can have a good rest at night, and plenty of food options around. Highly recommended.

Easy access , friendly, spacious, close to all attractions

This was a fantastic apartment. It was spacious and very well appointed. As a coffee drinker I was very impressed by the nespresso coffee maker and a number of complimentary coffee pods. There were lots of other complimentary items in the fridge which would be very useful if you arrived after 8pm (which is when shops close). The property has the number 5 and 33 tram passing outside and the underground is about 150yds away. The beds were very conmfortable, each room had a large flat screen television. We would definitely recommend these city apartments

I was really very pleased with this place. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again the next time I visit. Considering it has all the comforts of home, and is a 3 minute walk from the U bahn train station, this place is great. Stay here. You won't regret it.
