Visit from Texas. We choose this hotel due to distance from airport. Breakfast was same every day no change. Room was clean and host even called me when room was ready since we had gotten there a little early. No serious complaints or issues

Sweet P was an amazing welcome. Very friendly and super helpful. Always willing to help with any need we had. Would not hesitate to come back. Nice to have the free airport shuttle. Very accommodating.

The front desk clerk was terribly rude! They could not make keys for the room they assigned. I asked for a different room then. They said I could only have one room key and I needed two. They said I should be happy to get one room key. Said I should understand that the front desk crew is not technical and cannot figure out how to make 2 room key. In the room the sheets and pillows were so old and worn out. Other than that- the room seemed clean and comfortable. We took the shuttle both ways from the airport and were satisfied with the ride. I

There was a lot of space and a lot of storage which was nice and much appreciated. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I wish they had was a hot tub, but we knew that when we booked so it wasnt a surprise.

Our room was very large, and it had coffee supplies for brewing your own coffee or tea. The shuttle to DEN was convenient.

This is a pretty new property and things are still fresh and newer feeling. My room had the usual couch/hide-a-bed but it was not yet broken down and lumpy. The Kitchenette area was very nice and well lighted. I will choose this hotel for my frequent overnight trips in and out of Denver.

The receptionist on both days was not very professional. Upon arrival, all he said was “last name”. No hello, no hi, no greeting at all. He seemed very disinterested in his job.
The next day, our room was not cleaned, no beds made, etc. I called the front desk and was put on hold. I hung up and no one returned my call.
The hotel itself is nice, however, the staff needs customer service training.
I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels worldwide, and the staff here was unacceptable. I will stay at the Marriott next time in Denver.

The front desk staff was excellent went above and beyond to come find us in the parking lot as we were unpacking our bags from the car to tell us that our room changed due an air conditioner issue and gave us new keys. I was very impressed by her customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

While the hotel itself was great. Comfortable room. Great, friendly staff; the area is rife with crime. We experienced a smash and grab of our rental car while at the Moonlight Diner at 1 in the afternoon! The restaurant manager and the hotel staff all state that this happens all the time, especially at the motels. So just be careful. They stole a laptop, an iPad and other personal items. And the cops don’t care. They’ll send you a link to file a report online.
Otherwise the hotel is very convenient to the airport and there is a Ruby Tuesday right across the street.

Very nice, spacious, visually appealing room with great amenities. Bed was super comfortable. Arrived in pouring rain and the available food and beer in their little market were well above expected quality. People who checked us in and out were really nice.

Our bed and surfaces in the bedroom were extremely clean even the bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t was the toilet seat but it didn’t matter cause everything else was great. A quick sanitizer wipe and we were 100. The couch has definitely seen better days, it looked like it was from a yard sale lol. Those are my only two “complaints.” I feel bad even saying that because the front desk staff was so amazing. The bed was super comfortable and you can tell they actually change their sheets. The room had so much storage space and the kitchen was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the surrounding area is so nice! Lots of walkable food options and a few bars.

My stay was awful. I arrived late. The room had an beyond overpowering fragrance odor. I assume from the cleaning material. It was unbearable. It made my eyes swell; gave me a headache and made me nauseous- I asked for a flagrance free room- clerk at desk said there were none- i asked to see another room- she said none- i asked to sleep by the pool. she said no. By this time it was midnight- I could not switch hotels. The odor appeared to be worse by the bathroom. I turned the air on high, closed the bathroom door, and slept in layers of clothes. The odor seemed to have lessened a fair amount in the morning. Dont know why they used so very strong cleaning material late. Maybe Someone in room had Covid? I will never know cuz I am never going back. I had problems getting the tv to work. That problem paled in comparison to the strong odor in room.
The clerk when I checked out was very helpful in getting the shuttle for me.

The hotel was fine, especially just for the night with a morning flight but shuttle service was totally booked so we ordered an Uber. Not a big deal but the whole point of staying at an airport hotel was to get to the airport. The Uber driver told us that was very common. Glad I reserved the ride tge night before.

Room was comfortable and well equipped for a several day stay. May have been an anomaly but asked for the airport shuttle at 330am, called later to confirm and was told all shuttles booked till 7 AM and I wasn't on the list! Called an uber at 330 am and walked out to see 2 empty vans and the driver asked me if I wanted a ride to airport. Cost 30 for an uber and I specifically picked this hotel because of advertised free airport shuttle. Not happy.
