Very good view and clean place to stay. One big shopping mall is close to it . Govt offices are close to it. It is good.

we are very happy to stay at The Westin Jakarta.. although on that day the hotel quiet crowd so make me feel a little bit worried. The room is big, clean, complete amenities, big bed & comfy, modern.

The best part about this hotel is the view from the room.

We are a couple who planned to stay 1 night at a fine & decent hotel just because of the suffocating situation due to COVID-19. And we chose Westin. We just wanted to have some good food and relax just for 1 night. Thanks for the upgrade from the pre-booked room, which was a very nice room to have a good time with my wife. Other than that, the service was somewhat different to what I expected. First, there was no pre-notification how the food will be served at the hotel restaurant, which was totally unexpected and immensely changed from the previous system due to COVID-19. Second, I have made many calls just to reach reception and room service around 9:30PM for about half an hour and I could reach no one. Third, there happened to be a big problem in the restaurant in that evening, which caused a huge delay in serving food and therefore we had to wait around 1 hour just to get the first food. Anyway, I might be picky but this isn't definately 5-star hotel service, especially something I expected at Westin. Please notify any kind of issues to the guests IN DETAIL before or immediately rather than just waiting until the guest asks. First time experience with Westin and I'm highly disappointed, to be honest.

The accommodation is of high standard, great city view, staff are pleasant, and good value for money.

Being the highest building in Jakarta, Westin has the best view of the city. I love the automated blinds in the room. A very thoughtful addition. In terms of service, the staffs can be a little shy at times. We were disappointed that the in-room dining took longer than promised (we waited more than 40 minutes for our supper). Late check-out was not smooth. Only 2 counters were opened and both counters were busy at 2.30pm with check-in. Can give it the Afternoon Tea a miss at Daily Treats. Food was below average and poor service. However, the Japanese restaurant on Level 68, Henshin, has good food and excellent service.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The view is fantastic and the hotel condition/amenities/facilites are perfect. The staff is lovely and the food at the restaurant, quite cheap for a Westin hotel but lovely! I highly recommend it!

Very nice modern hotel. The reception is located on level 52. Rooms are located above level 52. To reach ground floor from the room you have to switch lifts on level 52. Very inconvenient.

I was there for a Staycation during Chinese New Year. My room was lovely and the bed and linens were luxurious! The buffet fir dinner was tasty and service was stellar.

Great hotel. Unusual in the fact that it starts on the 52nd floor. The brunch is incredible as well as the breakfast and the view.
