Breakfast service team looks very gloomy, no one smiling (2 nights stay). Service staff at noodle station inflexible, not allowed to take her toasted bread.
Tuk tuk service to Thing Lor station proposed to end at 11pm instead of 9.50pm as most tourist still shopping till 10pm.

Its a nice comfy hotel. Would recommend.In my personal experience what i felt was people were very welcoming while checking into the hotel , somehow i felt its not at the same level when checking out from hotel.

This is a great hotel, the amenities, the room the breakfast, the infinity swimming pool, spa, shuttle to the metro station and most of all the people… every employee treat you so nice and respectful that we came back again after spending 5 nights our first week.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Bangkok, prices are good not the cheapest, but compared to the USA hotels you get a 5 star hotel with the price of 3 stars.
If we come back to Bangkok we will stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok, everything was perfect, we really loved the transport from the hotel to the metro station, also make sure you book with breakfast, it is delicious and worth it.

Hotel staff are nice and friendly. Concierge staff are amazing, helping us changing our dinner reservation from one branch to another at short notice. Location was fine for us as taxi is so cheap here and it’s a little away from the busy centre. Will recommend!

This place was simply awesome! Beautiful architecture that continued to the rooms. Loved the heated toilet seats! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast was reasonably priced. Free shuttle service to the BTS station. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed here at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 during my regular visit to Bangkok to see my family, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. It made it easy for me to visit my family and explore the vibrant city without any hassle. The amenities were also impressive, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
The spa on the fifth floor was my favourite place to end my day with my mum. I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever been in Bangkok.
Overall, my first stay here exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect home away from home, and I look forward to returning on my next visit in December.

Hotel is nice with free flow of snacks and drinks in room. Also have free drinks provide to guests at lobby. The Let's Relax Spa with onsen is very good. Recreation facilities are also nice.
