This is a very good property with a welcoming staff and good local touch. They offer good cultural programs during high Tea and Dinner. Their breakfast and dinner menus have tons of options giving multiple cuisine choices . Their staff is very accommodative to make your stay comfortable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Marriott Jaisalmer, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, we were greeted friendly staff that made us feel truly Royal The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the concierge was more than happy to assist with any requests or questions I had throughout my stay. The room itself was luxurious and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star! What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service in the dining and restaurant areas. The food was exquisite, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They accommodated dietary preferences with ease, and the presentation of each dish was a work of art. Ms Jagriti surprised us by celebrating our Marriage Anniversary in the evening with Music and Fab Chocolate Truffle Pastry. In summary, my experience at the Marriott Jaisalmer, was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and attention to every detail made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience. During checkout Mr Naveen (Chef) made sure of a great send off with special pastry. Looking forward to visit this property again with family!

Worst Marriot I have stayed in. No one cares about anything. I can walk into the lobby, no one at the door greeted me. No one at the Front Desk bothered to ask me anything at all. I was early and i managed to sit at the lobby, with my luggage and no one attended to me. When I checked out, I asked if anyone can get a tuk tuk for me to go to the bus pick up point. I was told to go out of the hotel and call one myself. For Marriot, this is the worst service I have experienced.

This is a great place to stay.The warm and friendly people make it special. We traveled with a shy 4 year old but he made friends with Abhinandan, Hitesh and chef Pratap Singh as they made him feel comfortable and loved. They prepared food for him (he is a very picky eater) with genuine affection. On the side of condition and amenities, there is still some work to be done - the swimming pool isn't in great condition and we did stumble on planks coming out of the ground, the water was freezing and in general the pool area wasn't Marriot level. Seems they are going to renew it in March but I feel it needs a larger space to make it attractive. The game room was great, restaurants were fantastic. Priti in housekeeping kept our room impeccable. The evening high tea program is fun and inclusive. There are no tennis courts and the managers were genuinely concerned that they were listed on hotels.com and asked me for screenshots so they could get it fixed. I would definitely visit again.

A property that creates a self-contained world for holidayers!

The overall experience was excellent. The courtyard and pool were beautiful with various activities to just chill and relax inside the hotel. The hotel housekeeping decorated our room for our marriage anniversary beautifully. Only one suggestion, the hotel should have a good coffee machine in the restaurant for breakfast.

While overall experience was average,Got impressed with high level of service commitment from Avinash of Jaisalmer Kitchen restaurant who made our dining experience very satisfying along with chefs .

The stay was excellent and Specially the Staff members, Amina the Lady was very nice and gave warm welcome and made our stay comfortable.

This is the one of the worst hotel i stayed with muy family , during my check - in i was made to wait in the lobby for 35 mins , afetr confirmation, as the rooms whcih was mentioned was not available , during my check-in process the staff who collected by documents was not friendly at all. i felty uncomfortable , doesnt look like marriott property. i did informed marriott bonvoy & hotels.com via twitter but no steps were taken . i was very regretful booking this property with my family , i paid 1lakh plus amount and was expecting greater comfort etcv , which later turned out to be horrible , secondly breakfast buffet was horrible - stale food , low quality ,rotten tea & othr beverages like cooked long time back & poor staff service . third-ly : - rooms service were bad , we ordered sugar free sachets - came after 4-5 calls . is this even marriott ??????????? so bad

It was an amazing stay ... we were well taken care of and the property and room was just fantastic (being a Bonvoy member we got a complementary upgrade to a suite)... would definitely come back here if we ever come back to Jaisalmer ... special mention to the girl who checked us in ( forgot her name ) ... the gentleman at the conceirge who explained in detail the best places to visit and Indrani at the restaurant were extremely helpful

It was an excellent property in Jaisalmer city. Rajasthan style welcome, and comfortable check-in were impressive. It has food menu range from local to continental with good taste.

Friendly and attentive staff, highly recommend

This is a true 5 star hotel to American hotel standards in all aspects. The Marriott Resort is a beautifully designed hotel. The Grounds were extremely well kept and clean. The bar is open and filled with varieties of beer, whiskey, rum, scotch, etc. the rooftop restaurant has a clear overlook of the lot fort in the restaurant evening and we the moon and the stars truly make it a romantic evening. We enjoyed the tandoori as The food is made to order and the aromas from the grill sets the stage for the delicious meal. We had breakfast each morning at the Buffet which provides a variety of foods that each and every person can enjoy. I liked that there are different stations that have made to order food.The thing that makes this resort truly special were the kind and attentive employees here who attended to any and all of our needs. From the moment we stepped into the hotel being greeted with a traditional head garment and blessing to the moment we left, there was someone there making sure we felt our best. Each and every one of the employees from the hostess to the managers greeted us with a genuine smile each time we saw them. They remembered our likings and offered us wonderful suggestions. They shared stories of their lives which is enriched us with their culture. The staff at the Marriott in Jailsalmer gave us the best treatment that we have ever experienced and we have traveled to many countries in the world! Thank you so much!

Solid resort with almost all the amenities you could ask for. Decently close to things as well, just requires an auto or a short walk.
