Spacious room. We requested a bathtub and Keana was able to accommodate us on the spot.

This hotel went above and beyond in making sure you felt comfortable and welcome. I had to stay due to fumigation of my house, and when I arrived, I was greeted with open arms and a happy smile. My TV had my name on it. It was my birthday, and the staff gave me cookies and signed a birthday card for me. This is genuinely the best place I've ever stayed.

L’Oréal at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She informed me about the taco breakfast and suggested not missing it. I didn't miss it and it was delicious! The room was spotless and the bed was very clean and cozy. I will be back to this hotel during my next trip to the area! Thank you!!!

Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were no sheets in the room for the sofa bed, but we have literally never been any where that they were. AC was very slow to cool the room and likely needed service. The towels were out at the pool, though it was very late in the day when we went.

Love the location of the hotel which is close to Great Wolf and Concord Mills. Traveled with my 2 yr old daughter and family, the room was clean and spacious!

Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely stay here again! We loved the separate living area and kitchen, the pool and the breakfast. The staff made us feel very welcome and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok.

Everything was great about our stay, the entire building was super clean, all the employees were super friendly and the ladies at the breakfast buffet were the BEST!!!Bianca & Marisa i believe were their names, they were so attentive and the attention to detail to make sure everything was clean and food always available was amazing!!!

Loved how much space, full size refrigerator, two t.v.'s , extra large bathroom.
The only thing negative I have to say is that I would like a room that doesn't allow pets. I have allergies and am highly sensitive, so would have liked that option.

Homewood Suites was a really nice place for my family & J to stay at for 2 nights. Price was not bad at all and they offer free breakfast as well! We were very happy with our stay!

Check-in was quick and easy, the front desk staff and other support staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, the hotel was located close to food & shopping, and check-out was a breeze as well. Only had the complimentary breakfast once, and it got the job done. Would recommend and stay again!

The hotel is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Charlotte area. The staff was terrific from check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Gen at the check-out desk helped us close out our stay and take one last family photo before heading home. The room we had met all our needs and made the stay restful. I would recommend Homewood Suites Charlotte to anyone visiting the Concord area.

This was the cleanest Hotel I have stayed in the entire year of 2023, and I have traveled a lot. And the greeting by Gen at the front desk upon our arrival on Thanksgiving day was awesome!
