Great location as its nearby terminal 21 and the bts station (Asok) which makes it easier to travel around bangkok. Its also convenient as theres many restaurants/cafes nearby.

This hotel is very good situated of the busy traffic streets. Very calm for city center hotel. Breakfast very good. Enough selection. Room clean and beds reasonable good. We got early check-in. Pool area on the roof also nice

The staff was very responsive and the breakfast was varied. Overall it was a comfortable, quiet and safe experience. It was worth the money.

Only issue was the walls are very thin. People next door would stay up all night talking and singing and could hear them as if they were in the room with me. Once I notified the front desk, they did tell them to quiet down.

Room had cold shower, staff didn't want to fix the problem. Second bathroom is not really practical because the shower is not a normal shower that hangs on the wall. You have to stand in the bathtub and hold the showerhead in your head to wash yourself. And the water spills on the floor because there is no shower curtain.

Good in location, within 5 mins walk to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21 Shopping mall, within 10 mins walk to Soi Cowboy and Nana District. Nearby plenty of massage parlor & 7-11 convenient store. Highly recommended.

Great location, just a few min from mall and many restaurants. Wish they would have kept their mop bucket somewhere besides right outside our door bit not a big deal.

Location ten minutes from Terminal 21. All BTS and MRT trains at your disposal. Cheap traditional Thai food @ food court where the locals dine too.

The room is outdated. I was locked out in the bathroom in the middle of night for an hour. Luckily the maintenance guy was still up to fix it. I asked the front desk what can be done for the inconvenience and she just apologized. I was expecting for something more than sorry as I may not be returning back as a guest there.

But friendly are definitely friendly and helpful.

A hotel a little out of the way but a short 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre and Sukimit Road. Beware, construction occurring in front of the hotel but staff were kind enough to change my room away from the construction activity.

Really nice hotel great spot in Bangkok could have picked a better place to stay. Staff excellent very nice and clean rooms great. Only issue is the room we stayed in the AC must have been malfunctioning and every morning most of the hotel room floor was soaking and both myself and my wife got very ill for the second half of our stay with a very bad flu like illness. I am not a doctor but have worked with ac and know how bad this can cause sickness. With this minor issue resolved would come back in a heart beat

Left my apple airpod in my hotel room but they did not bother to give it back to me. I actually waited for about an hour in the looby because they have to inspect the room before they let me leave the hotel facility. Surely they saw and found my airpods but did not return it. I only realised that I left it behind when I am at the airport waiting for my flight back to Australia. This only shows that the staff are not honest enough. The hotel locqtion was great but I will not come back to this place again. I know it is my responsibility to check my stuff before I leave but atleast their staff should be trained to be honest or else they will loose customers.

I stay at Arte whenever I am in Bangkok. It's close to the BTS and the shopping malls. Busy downtown area yet quite at night. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are maintained.

Lovely hotel just off the main drag so nice and quiet. Room was good, nice shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Ideally located for transport and shopping mall if that’s your thing but you can get to all tourist attractions easily on public transport, sky train and MRT are available at the end of the road.

Great staff. They have a bunch of extra decorative pillows, and it’s hard to find a place to put them. Who needs all those decorative pillows. Their refrigerator/minibar, is very small. I like to buy some cut fruit, and there’s not much room, even after the other contents. I also could not find an adjustment, to make the refrigerator colder.

Had to do a 1 nigh layover before heading to Penang and stayed at the Arte,,, accidentally left computer mouse in the room on the way and didn’t realize it till a day later, but luckily staff found it and put it aside for me!

5mins walk to Terminal 21 and Asok station, hotel is pretty old and sound proofing is not good.

Arte is a bit distant from Terminal 21 (Asoke), and seemingly caters to tour groups now. It is not the wonderful oasis it was before Covid....but it still has a great pool!

Stayed at the Jacuzzi room. Quite spacious. The Jacuzzi however was not spotless. We had to drain it half-way because we saw hair coming out from the inlet.
We were not happy about the position of the electric socket too. We brought a switch for gaming, couldn't plug in as we normally do for most hotels. We asked the reception about extention cords and they had none (or they could not understand what we were asking for). We shopped for one at the end.
The levelling of the floor needed more thoughtful care. My friends and I kept tripping over the same spot from the Jacuzzi bathroom to the bedroom.
