The only good things with this hotel was the location. The standard on the room was very poor. The bathrooms was far from ok and our AC was not working properly.

This is located right at Anola Beach where you get all the boats for sea trips .There are many restaurants along the beach . Great location. However rooms are very poorly maintained. Bathroom doors not closing , water in bathroom was smelling. There were leakage of water.Basic items like napkin, disposable slippers,tissue papers were not provided.My room AC was not working. They were quick to change my room with good AC but then fan was making lot of noise.A very good property but needs good housekeeping and maintenance.

Wonderfull Place direktly on the beach

We chose this "resort" due to its proximity to our dive shop and stayed for 6 nights. Despite setting my expectations given the not-so-great reviews, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and atmosphere. Cleaning service was never consistent day-to-day, and it seemed they did nothing else but straighten the bed (not even replacing towels some days). On a daily basis, we would find either cockroaches or ants (or both) in the bedroom and the bathroom. The walls are also paper-thin, and each morning we would be woken up by other tourists yelling down the hall or in the pool. The service is just mediocre. I would not return.

Beds are comfortable, decor a bit outdated. The food is a miss & hit depending on what you order. Nightly live music was great. Always flag down the restaurant worker when you’re ready to order.. else you’ll just sit there forever in waiting. The water is really bad. I don’t know if it’s treated or what but it has a salty residue and taste. Had to buy bottled water for use to brush our teeth.

There were bugs in the room. The water pressure was super low. The air con and TV kept making all kinds of sounds. We couldn’t wait to checkout.

Toilet, shower, and safe inoperable. Roaches everywhere. Terrible.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room is very dirty, floors are dusty, comfort room not clean! they even gave us a water heater with cockroaches' eggs. Not worth the money! Better pay more with other hotel!

First room I got was filthy , Toilet full of (S___T smelly) replacement was little better

What makes our stay in Bohol truly special is indeed Bohol itself...real nice sea experience and kind people!

We enjoy our stay . We love tge taste of their food. Staffs are friendly and attentive. But the beach front is not that appealing. But then we enjoy went out and do other activities.

In general, the condition of the facility is very poor. I chose this place because of the dive school at the facility. The diving school is great, but the facility is very old and not so well-managed.

All the food was overpriced and the bbq guy was arragont not helpful plus the beers was overpriced some of the staff was very freindly some of them r not so- ordered beer and they didnt let me know the happy hour has finish isntrd they charge me too high .the food price was over priced when next door u could get half the price

It was amazing except for the Drinking Filipinos who dont even bother drinking, singing, shouting and laughing from 11pm to 1am outside our hotel room near the pool. The other neighbors were shouting at them already bec they were too noisy. Unbelievable!

Decent place to stay on a budget. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but cleanliness of rooms was sub-par. If you're a diver this is a good option since the Dive shop was quality and top-notch

I was given the smallest room.luggage can not be opened on the floor. No view from my window. Non-operating showe. I should have paid less.it was not tourist season till March 17.

Got the modern view room which overlooks the pool and beach with a private balcony. Very nice. Go for this option. Everything was clean an modern and worked. Perfectly located just down the beach from the main street in town. Staff was friendly but service lagged a bit.

Hotel is located right on Alona Beach. It has everything you need, e.g. restaurant, tour services, pool. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room (with air-con and fan)

The food was inedible, haven’t experienced anything that bad before. Construction was happening 6 days a week from 8am - 5pm, which made relaxing impossible. Plenty of better places to book. Disappointed is an understatement.

The location is excellent, right on the beach, but my room was nothing special at all, but I think some rooms are better. The water supply is not good, only for showering. The food is sub par and the food service is slow. Having said that, it is a decent place and you can't beat the location since it is at the center of the action on Alona Beach.

It was our first time in Bohol, so we really did not know what our choices were. I booked 2 nights in lost horizon as the price seemed okay and the pictures showed nice clean rooms. But it was the opposite. The staff were so-so. Even told me we didn't have breakfast included when I specifically booked otherwise. I had to ask her to re-check so we could get the breakfast coupon. And the breakfast was just ok. So we didn't claim our free one the next day. The room we were given is what made me not wanna comback. It was unclean. There are stains on the bed as well as one of the towels. The mini ref smelled bad. Like open food was left inside for a long time. One of the mirror lights wern't working. They use beach/salt water for showering which made my hair sticky. And most of all the ac was not getting cold. So we did complain. And someone checked our ac, and just fiddled with the remote and told us it was gonna get cold soon. But it never did. All other standard modern rooms were booked so we cant transfer. Anyway, we sucked it up for 2nights and then our last night's stay, we transferred to a different hotel (pyramid). And it was awesome. We regretted we didn't do it sooner. So this hotel is NOT recommended. My husband and I will never comeback. But kudos to one of the bellboys, I didn't get the name but he was really helpful and friendly.

Quiet well groomed grounds. Small number of staff, but very attentive.
