Holiday Inn Pasteur is a lovely place! Staff were wonderful and the housekeeping was awesome and really takes care of you during your stay.
There are Ole-Ole Bandung shops opposite the hotel if you’re brave to cross the bustling road. Else, there is the Alfamart and Indomaret 50m to the left of the hotel (when you leave) and Kenangan Coffee 100m to the right.
Breakfast: Wide array of choices including sushi, the different types of nasi, man tou, lontong, keropoks, sambal, porridge and on weekends: Indomie station.
7min drive from Paris Van Java (A must go to this HUGE mall)
10min drive to Ciwalk or Cimpeles Walk (another must go- many food and cafe area and souvenir shops along the road)

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to assist.
However, the cleanliness of both the public areas and rooms left something to be desired; I noticed hair and dirt in various spots. While these issues weren’t critical, they were noticeable and detracted from the overall experience.

Staff is really friendly..there is one staff in restaurant during breakfast his name is Ricky..really polite and helpfull...he serve the food on your table...but I saw also many staffs do the plote thing...really enjoying my breakfast

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very helpful and accommodating. They even came and changed bedding for us in the middle of the night after our son woke up vomiting. Everyone was so smiley and fun to interact with. The hotel is super nice and clean and professional.

Very pleasant stay great to layover between flights closer to Terminal 3. Perfect free airport transfer even at 3:00AM.

We did have a room on the 8th floor, but it was too noisy from the outside traffic. some food wasn’t warm but cold during breakfast.
The fridge did make too much noise, we have to put out the power otherwise we can not sleep. The shower was leaking hard from above the sprouting. In the early morning ad 05:30 hours there was very much noise also just like during a renovation above our room, so we cannot sleep anymore. We are planning not to go anymore to this hotel. We pay al lot for the room, but we did not expect that a 5 star hotel do have such many problems. This hotel is good for 2 stars. The employees in the restaurant are all very good people and want to do the best for us

But check in process needs time since during my check due to understaff in the reception. The location of the hotel is not in the city center.

This is a good hotel with good staff, it is just the room need some maintennance. Bathroom is not working properly and the shower is too old already and need refreshment

The room is spacious and big enough for couple,american breakfast is good and delicious. Parking area is limited by there is a free valet parking. The only Issue is traffic jam at certain hours from city to the Hotel

It is a standard and clean hotel. Our room is in a non smoking floor, but it smells during our stay. The staff add air purifier in our room.

Happy to stay there agin but will request specific room area to avoid early morning wake up from 4:15 'call to prayers' which is audible in many hotel rooms.

Maybe due to the longer stay at Holiday Inn Pasteur we expirenced a relationship with the friendly and competent staff which can only be described as being among friends. We enjoyed every single day of our stay there. Also, breakfeast and dinner had a wide range from Asian to European taste.

The hotel is not really 4 stars . The service is 2 stars service , they have poor communication between their receptionist with house keeping area and buffet area etc .A simple request to bring 1 towel and 1 cup will take 4 phone calls to receptionist and 45 mins waiting times .The charge extra 1 head count during breakfast due to poor communication between their department.

We stayed for 2 weeks, at the beginning we had some problems with our room, the bed was very old and not comfortable at all (mattress was yellow and nasty from the old hotel) this hotel used to be Aston Hotel but they change it to Holiday Inn 2 yrs ago, they said. But the mgr.ms.Chitra was very nice and helpful also her staff ms.Marwah moved us to better room. They did such a great job to make sure that our stays comfortable.The breakfast was good and the restaurant mgr Mr. Cepi was very nice and pleased also his staff Mr. Yana always nice to us. Overall we have a great time stay in this hotel and we’ll definitely go back someday

The slippers made of thin synthetic material were great -- being water-resistant, they could be used in the bathroom as well. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide 2 bottles of Nestle brand drinking water everyday. On the ground floor, there is a small convenience store. Getting a taxi is easy because the helpful hotel staff will call one for you. Wi-fi signal in the room is strong but the internet speed is average.

Awesome stay and hotel service was very impressive. One small suggestion to improve restaurant menu to have more variety and add chicken in breakfast. Else all fine and i would love to go back there again when i will be in bandung in future.

The hotel was OK but certainly not 4 star. Limited toiletries, unable to contact hotel before arrival and then they allow smoking in common area such as the café. Also the sound proofing is very poor as you can hear doors closing from early morning and people taking in the surrounding rooms
