Rooms smell molds

Adequate.

The stay at this hotel ruined the rest of the trip. I became sick and my friend had an allergic reaction based on the hotel putting us in a room with mold. After inhaling the environment mold elements that filled the room, I became sick. A sickness that I am still experiencing while typing this review. The rest of Cebu, Chaing Mai, and the plane ride home was not so good with me being sick. In fact I had to get out of my seat over seventeen times to blow my nose and to cough up cold during the plane ride back home. We didn't participate in going out at night to club because I got sick and I didn't get any souvenirs from Bangkok because I was sick. I barely ate anything after I got sick and also I wasn't able to get a massage in Thailand because I got sick. It all started because of this hotel room was full of mold. After informing management that our Room had mold. Management did move us to a better room, took care of our transportation to the airport, and give us a late check out. The three managers I met Lee, Manus or Venus, and a lady whom I don't remember were very nice to us after they learned what we experienced. Although this still cost us a lot of money for a vacation that was ruined with the mold.

Excellent staff and service beautiful rooms

They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I mean a staff member got into the elevator with me and another guest. He stopped at an earlier floor than us and as he got out he turned to us and said, "Thank you for staying with us at the Bai. I hope you are enjoying your stay." I could go on. By far the nicest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Security is a little too tight for my taste.

This place is top notch! You can literally stay and have everything you need in one building. Biggest buffet ive ever seen in my life!!
