The location was great for us. The only thing that did not work for me was the soft bed. It woke up with a backache every morning. Next to good malls. Hotel pick up for city and DMZ tours. Great breakfast. Free evening soba! Fantastic staff members. Housekeeping is great. In short, they really take care of their guests.

I loved staying at this hotel. To begin with, my flight was delayed and I ended up checking in the morning after I'd originally intended. But that was no problem for the staff. The room was very clean, with a modern look and feel. I loved that the desk had a built-in power strip that included one 110v outlet -- even though I had brought 220v adapters, having that 110v outlet was very convenient. The power strip on the desk also has an HDMI port so you can plug in an AppleTV or Roku and watch it on the TV. Included with your stay is access to a spa that includes a hot-water and cold-water pool and a sauna. You pay extra for breakfast, but it's a bargain-priced buffet with tasty western and eastern food options. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The walk from the Sinnonhyeon subway stop is about 6 blocks, uphill, which can be challenging (esp. in the rain) but good exercise! And it's an easy downhill walk to Gangnam-daero with all its shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

Nice new hotel but a bit from the bus station

Clean and nice hotel. The basement spa is definitely plus. Nice sauna to relax after busy day. Close to 7-eleven and coffee shop. After 9pm, they serve you a nice bowl of noodle soup!

This is a lovely hotel, clean and modern, in the heart of Seoul’s fabled Gangnam District. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful — even if their English is is not Ivy-League perfect. Be aware: Seoul is a city built on lots of hills, and this hotel is walking distance, slightly uphill from Sinnonhyeon subway station.

Awesome location with access to public transport, airport buses, restaurants, cafes, street streams and of course 7-11 stores for currency exchange, late night snacks &… I enjoyed the hotel spa alot which helps your body from the tourism exhaustion :)

Very roomy and comfortable and easy to get to.

Hotel service was quite good and the room was comfortable. We could also enjoy large spa. One disadvantage was the situation which guest were severely quarreling with each other when we were checking in. I hope some hotel staff tried to stop them as soon as possible.

I always use this hotel when I go on a trip to Korea. This company is based in Japan, and quality is very good. Totally same as the Japanese ones.

Excellent staff service. Great food. And, easy to get around, i.e. a short distance to Seoul Metro Sunway train stations, many restaurants etc.

Hotel is on an uphill slope. It was a struggle carrying 3 luggages up the slope. Not a lot of food places nearby. You have to walk further to find it. There is a 7-11 and another convenience store 2 mins away. Room was decent sized. I only stayed for a night.

Clean. Public bath.

Aside from the slopes around the hotel, everything’s great about it.

The onsen is heaven for soaking in after a hard days sightseeing. Subway is 5 minutes away and heaps of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes. Convenience stores across the road
