Relaxing and comfortable, Benjamin so kindly showed us our rooms and took us to the airport the next day. The service was incredible, especially in the restaurant. Very welcoming stay.

I had a very good stay for 4 days, liked the cleaning service very good. Only thing i disliked the delayed reponse from staff, take to long too get back to you. Oh and for the 3 days i was not aware that the electric had tripped. Just thought cooker wasnt working and the shower ran cold water!!!

I experienced a little delay during check-in cos they were asking who my ‘host’ was ( a term I am not used to) then he showed up and had a little problem getting my online booking. However, afterwards everything went on very well.
The apartment was cozy enough, one lil problem is the noise from the highway users, sounds of cars and trucks. But that’s because of the location of my own apartment in Block D.
I think they should also give specific name of the property I.e THE GALLERY instead of the general ACCRA LUXURY APARTMENT, the taxis kept missing the right turning

My stay was quite disappointing at the Acura luxury hotel. I thought it was as luxurious as the photograph demonstrated. However, the furniture was old, and most importantly, the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. There was insufficient space for my son, and I to put our clothes and there was no night table. There was no dishwasher, And the couch as well as the rug on the floor was old. The linen on the beds need to be thrown out. I’m an older customer and it was unfortunate that the 10 days I spent at this so-called luxury department was not good at all. I rated two star perhaps back in the hay day it can be construed as luxurious but not for me. I was highly disappointed and made several complaints. The problem overall was not alleviated.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Accra Luxury Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly reception.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch. Although they don’t offer food services, there are many restaurants relatively close to choose from. The pool area was a great place to relax, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a good workout.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. They provided excellent shuttles to the airport making my stay even more convenient.
Overall, Accra Luxury Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful stay. I can't wait to return!

We booked a 3 bedroom suite and was placed in a 2 bedroom and a 1 suite with the explanation that the 3 bedrooms were all booked.
This particular place had a lot of girls roaming with inappropriate attires on. The rooftop pool had a lot of people in it. It didn’t feel safe and the wifi connection was terrible. We will not be staying at this particular hotel again. We however like the Clifton Place better.

Our hosts Dorothy and David made our stay memorable. They were both responsive to messages and provided us with supplies we requested.
We were moved into a different location although we paid to have access to the rooftop pool but we ended up liking where we were moved to better due to the space and able to entertain family and friends.
Our understanding was that the hotel we were moved to was being renovated so hopefully our next stay will be a better experience as we had issue with the shower head in the master's bathroom, fridge - which we received another one, and they was no oven rack - but Dorothy brought us one and also a large sauce pan for cooking.
All together we will stay at the Clifton Place again.

Pros: Hotel is in a safe quiet area. Rooms are clean and well-equipped (e.g., kitchen). The restaurant within the complex was great. I had the chicken avocado wrap and fries. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and I was easily able to go back and forth as needed (15 minutes Uber ride). Value for money is good compared to hotels.
Cons: These are apartments. When you arrive you must wait for a host to meet you and check in. This can be time-consuming depending on if the host is helping others guests. Checkin and the various steps of documenting your identity also takes more time than at a hotel. Would be good to make this more efficient if possible. Please put instructions for the use of stove as well as the wifi password in each room.
Overall: I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to others.

I booked six Three-Bedroom units and one Two-Bedroom unit for my trip with high school kids. Unfortunately, (4) Three-Bedroom units were not available upon arrival, and we ended up with a mix of Two-Bedroom units and Suites. I don’t hold the staff at Accra Luxury Apartments responsible; instead, I fault the management for not responding to our calls and WhatsApp messages regarding this issue, leaving the underpaid staff to handle all complaints.
This is a nice place if you’re booking a single room, but be cautious if you need multiple rooms, as you might be left in a difficult situation. Expedia should consider placing a restriction on the number of rooms this company can list. Additionally, there is virtually no customer service if you need to speak with a supervisor.

We loved the apartments. We rented two of them. At first they wanted to put us in 2 separate buildings, then they put us together in one building, but there was no restaurant or bar, no vending, not even a place to buy water unless you walked a couple blocks through a dirty alley. The rooms wete great, but there was nowhere around our building to eat or shop. We had to keep getting Ubers, and sometimes they could not find us.

The use of one single key to enter the apartment. If someone leaves the apartment with the key and another person is in the apartment then that person is stuck in the apartment and not able to leave. This can pose a serious problem if there is an emergency. Need to switch to a keycard system

The facility was new and clean, but the problem is a lack of receptionist, it took 1 hour to check in. And I was waiting for 1 hour to be served breakfast, which is the worst case I’ve ever experienced. As for breakfast, I needed to choose the menu under 10 dollars despite the website showed included breakfast, which is another disappointing thing.
