Shintana had incredibly customer service. The were attentive and friendly. The room was quite large and well appointed. The people were a highlight. They treated us royally.

I simply loved every aspect of the hotel, from the room design to the staff service it was a great experience!

Spend 2 nights with family. Very satisfied, Small size of Hotel, but Food is good, Room is big and clean, more than anything all staff are friendly, helfpul and quick response for any of our request. Thank you for all of hopitatlity.and see you in next year!

Staff was super helpful, they picked us up from the airport, taxi was only 3 dollars to downtown,, they scheduled oir taxis for our tours, and had the taxis wait for until we were finished. The massages were amazing, food was great, we wish we can give 10 star's.

We had a wonderful stay at Shintana Saya. All of the staff were fantastic and so helpful. They provided free tuktuk rides into town. The resort was very quiet and had a lovely pool and restaurant.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel close to Angkor Wat. The rooms are large and the staff was great. The on sight restaurant is good for a meal to. The staff will arrange transportation to wherever you would like to go. Highly recommend.

Very nice boutique hotel, very clean, excellent decor, friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was cooked to order, not a buffet very nice. Menu for dinner and lunch was excellent and well prepared.

Staff members are all friendly and kind. All fluent English speakers. Foods are excellent.

The best hotel we ever visited. Clean and spacious rooms. - it is like a home away from home - breakfast, laundry and even drinks taken care by the hotel Khmer hospitality at its best, their staff is extremely caring and helpful. Good choice of breakfast, which includes vegetarian choices. Would love to visit it again in future I would love to recommend Som and Lalin for their kindness. They are so good.

It was a great experience. We had an amazing time and really above expectations. We booked it imagining we were going to have a good time, but we had a great time. All the staff (and I mean it) were extremely friendly in every single moment of our stay. Spacious room… massages included… relaxing atmosphere… tuktuk to the city availability… tour arranged to us. Everything to make our stay a memorable one. We totally recommend whenever you come to Siem Reap.

Wonderful 4 night stay at this quiet property. We purposely chose this property because it only has 9 rooms ensuring a quiet and personalized stay. All the staff was very welcoming and always greeted us with treats whenever we returned from our temple visits. Breakfast was delicious and the waitress at breakfast was sweet and kind. They remembered our food allergies and preferences which is much appreciated. We booked our tuk tuk rides to the temples through the hotel. Although a bit pricier than arranging it ourselves, it was well worth the money. They provided cold water and cold towels every time we returned to our tuk tuk and the driver was great. Not too much around the hotel but the hotel provides free rides to the town center. AC worked well and laundry service was useful due to the heat and humidity. Highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want something quiet and personalized just like a 5 star hotel.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. We had an incredible four night stay here with my family. The staff went out of their way to help us have the most enjoyable time, including airport transfer, snacks, housekeeping, taking us for a tuk tuk at sunrise when we insisted we try even when they knew it was too cloudy(!)! and looking after our two young daughters when they were all templed out! Stay here whenever in Siem Reap, for an incredible stay.

Though the location is not optimal but the service and the amenities make up for it. We felt like we were in our home away from home with top notch services. Highly recommended and we will stay here again.

Highly recommending this 9-room boutique hotel providing a relief and relaxing stay in Siem Reap at close proximity to Angkor major sites. Over the top staff, very attentive and proactive to address the guests needs. For example, facilitating transfer from the airport, tuk-tuk rides, finding a guide and driver for the small circle tour from sunrise to sunset. I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed having delicious food and service ( 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch). I also got some rest at the pool early afternoon during the hear of the day between 2 temple visits.

This Hotel was amazing! We got stuck in Cambodia for an extra day and needed a place to stay. I saw the 5/5 star review and gave it a go… wow! I was not disappointed! The Hotel is so beautiful! It’s quiet and tranquil! The food was amazing! Everyone on the staff was so accommodating! David the owner created us on arrival as well. I felt so welcome! There was cheese, cashews, fruit and wine waiting for us in the room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was very clean. All in all this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

The best staff that I have ever encountered. They surprised my mother-in-law with a cake for her birthday and the entire staff sang, which had her in tears. Our room included a massage, which was amazing. Only wish they had a gym! Thank you David and team :)

We stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. From their airport pickup service we were treated like royalty! The hotel is a few min from the temples so our commute to the temples were quick and easy. The hotel has only 9 rooms so the service you receive is very attentive and friendly. Oh and their breakfast pho was my favorite dish in their menu!

If i could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. You will never find better people to take care of you. This place is worth every penny. Excellent in every way.

Absolutely amazing stay! Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We met the manager David who was very friendly and even gave us a free cocktail so we could enjoy our stay! Only 9 rooms at this hotel means you feel like you’re recieving a bespoke service. A few tips: There’s so much complimentary stuff! AirPort pick up, tuktuks to the city centre, daily 1hr massage etc. make sure you check all this as we missed one or two of them. Go through the hotel for the temples tour! Costs $25 rather than 20 but we recieved unlimited water bottles and a frozen menthol hand towel after every temple. Trust me, this was a lifesaver in the insane heat. A few reasons this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in: Location- perfect, 10 minutes from Angkor watt and Siem reap centre Food- excellent Hotel is very new and clean Stay are so friendly (also English is pretty limited in Cambodia, but everyone in the hotel spoke very good English. Necessary when asking for recommendations) The rooms are incredible We kept receiving free treats with drinks and snacks They sure know how to make a cocktail! The massages are absolutely amazing! And free! Tip them tho Our driver is hotel staff for the temples so you’re in safe hands Welcome coconut to drink when you arrive and one of those heavenly menthol towels. They put a couple of free beers, bottle of red and coke cans in your room, topping up the beer and cokes Biggest bed ever Really couple rate this place higher

I have stayed in a lot of really great hotels, and this hotel definitely is one of the top! More of a private villa, rather than a hotel, this place is sooo beautifully done with its attention to details, decorations and landscape. It is intimate and exclusive without being pretentious. The rooms are large and well appointed. Even the soaking tub is gorgeous Most of all though, the staff is TOP NOTCH. They are there to help you in every way to make your vacation wonderful. I really loved and feel grateful to have met everyone at the hotel, including the owner. I give this place a 10/10 and encourage everyone to stay there if you are in Siem Reap!!!! Will miss this place and the staff!

An amazing boutique hotel with incredible staff led by Mr Sy who ensured everything went smoothly and we loved every minute of our stay. The food options are delicious and the smoothies (especially mango) wonderful at the end of touring temples or other activities. Our room was large and extremely comfortable, with daily housekeeping provided. The guide arranged by the hotel called ‘Tiger’ was exceptional and we recommend him if he’s available. Honestly, we only have positive and happy vibes about our experience and we felt sad to leave after our 8 days and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our first time in Cambodia so memorable.
