Like everything except that we had to pay for parking

The staff was awesome and friendly, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The complementary breakfast was great. The parking is located next to the hotel in a secure area.

The staff was great, so helpful. We were stuck in Seattle for 3 days due flights being cancelled. They could not be more accommodating to us. If you’re in Renton stay here!

Overall an easy checkin process. The employees were kind and helped us with all of our needs. It is unfortunate that parking per night was 16 dollars. There were many moments that we heard running and jumping above us, but I'd say that's because of the 4th of July holiday.

The property is supposed to be pet friendly and sits across a lake that has a beautiful park but pets are forbidden. This hotel has no pet area making it very difficult to walk your dogs or have them go potty as the street is right in front with no back area. You must walk down the hill to find a place for the dogs to go do their business. Very inconvenient and not very safe for pets.

Was really good other than no hot water in the morning

Loved the location and glimpse of the lake from our balcony. The 5th floor deck is a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful.

Very nice place

The stay was great but I’m very upset about scrapping the underside of my car from their garage. If you have a low car at all do not stay in their garage! Other than that the hotel was amazing as well as the staff.

Good location

It was a good stay except the 1st night, a Sat night, had a lot of noise from the stair door slamming continually and lot of running and stomping around until very late, after midnight. The next night was quiet.

I was traveling North the next day and this location got me North of the worst of Seattle’s bad morning traffic. Also the staff was very nice.

Check-in was smooth and our room was clean. We were informed at checkin that the hotel had experienced a 4-hour power outage earlier in the day. I gave it a few hours and attempted to run the shower and was unsuccessful in getting hot water. I called the front desk and they instructed me to let it run for 5-10 minutes. We recieved a letter in the morning informing us that hot water will not be available. I called the front desk to see if any accomodations were available given the circumstance, such as a small amount of hot water from the kitchen so that our family could take a sponge bath. The staff ingormed me that this was not possible. Clearly, this was beyond the control of the staff. However, their lack of any attempt to make it right left me with some bitterness.

I know the power outage was out of the control of the property, but offering some sort of discounts or points or something would have been nice for the money paid to stay here. Having to take an ice cold shower was difficult.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made impromptu reservations Saturday afternoon for a Saturday night stay specifically to take my 5 year old swimming in an indoor pool as a special treat. We had stayed previously and she enjoyed swimming. When we arrived to check in we were told the pool was closed unexpectedly. I told the Danny the front desk supervisor that the only reason we were staying was to swim and we would like a refund as my 5 year old would be very disappointed. She said she was not interested in providing a refund and it was my responsibility to do research in advance to see if the pool would be open before booking. I told her I booked on Expedia and I saw nothing about the pool being closed. She said too bad, I should have gone to their website and done research and it was not their problem and she would do nothing to accommodate my inconvenience as it was not her issue. We left and stayed across the street at Hyatt Regency where we received exceptional customer service and a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room with a view and soaking tub as the front desk person was appalled by how we had been treated at Hampton Inn and wanted to try to make up for it for my 5 year old. Will never patronize this a Hampton Inn again. Would expect more from a hospitality company. Hampton you need to do some training with your staff around exceptions in situations like this to retain customers in the long term.

The parking lot was very small. I couldn't park my car in there.

This is the second best hotel I've ever stayed at. Very clean, large room with parking under the building. Plenty of counter and table space. Comfortable bedding.

Friendly staff and great service.

Only stayed for one quick night and left before checkout. We had an accessible double queen. The room was huge so perfect if someone had a wheelchair although we did not. We checked in late and although front desk person was very professional and helpful. Only complaint about the room is there was a fan in the bathroom that could not be turned off. If wasn't a problem but the sound was very noticeable. We slept well and the buffet breakfast was good with lots of warm and cold options.

Didn't like the beds. To hard. $16/night paid parking. Other than that, it was good

The phone in our room did not work and we were unable to call the front desk regarding partying in the hallway outside our room at 2:30am. We checked out at 3:30 due to the noise.

Very convenient and clean!

Noisy outside traffic, no shower gel in the dispenser and the bed creaked. They now charge for parking which they didn’t a few months ago. We will look for other options next time.
