Happy to be back at Andaz Singapore, its been 5 years since my last stay and not much has changed, the conditions of the rooms are still excellent. Good size room, comfortable beds, large bright windows, electronic curtains and complimentary mini bar (although the mini bar selections has reduced). This time we resquested Interconnecting rooms which was convenient for our family of five. Only one concern was hair found on the shower wall. Housekeeping standards needs to be checked.

The Andaz did not disappoint. Modern, clean and comfy. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfy.

The free minibar in the room every day was a huge plus. However, I was very upset by the false fire alarm during my stay, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great stay! Location is terrific with MRT directly under the hotel. Staff very attentive and best check in service I’ve had for a long time. Complimentary mini bar (replenished with every day). Big room, own wardrobe, good shower, good breakfast. No complaints really!

We booked a suite that said it sleeps 4, only when we got to the room there was only 1 king size bed and nothing else. No second bed and no sofa bed. The hotel then kept saying that the suite sleeps 4 but only if we all share a bed. This seems completely ridiculous and it took 2 hours to negotiate for beds to be brought in for our children. The hotel itself felt new and nice and a great location.

Love the bed and the design of the hotel. But the check in staff service standard was subpar for a five star hotel. Lack of service standard and totally not impressed. Their bed is super comfortable and lovely design of the hotel.

Great hotel in a great neigbourhood (Bugis) and nearby MRT. Views are greay, the room was big enough, modern and clean. Dont forget to go to the rooftop bar Mr Stork

Great Location, clean, quiet, great views, amazing restaurant, gorgeous pool,and staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. MRT connection in basement- and maybe a small thing- but the best shower I have ever used. Especially for the price- can’t recommend enough!!

Excellent property and a great location. Convenient to Hanji Lane and the MRT station. Trains takes credit cards so no need to grab a MRT card. Minutes away from Bayfront and Downtown. Andaz photos don’t do this property justice. Way more impressive in person.

Low points - check-in was a bit messy, things weren’t explained properly, also the doorman at the front lobby generally good but we did experience an individual being abrupt & rude. That was our last day when we were leaving.

I researched Singapore hotels extensively and I'm extremely happy I chose Andaz. Location was superb, immediate access to MRT 2-3 stops anywhere but in an area that is not so commercial. The room was large and clean. The staff were impeccable and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone was so gracious but a special shout out to Daya who greeted me upon arrival, Nouri who worked long hours in the sunroom and Othman (I hope I got the spellings right) who worked in the restaurant and greeted me with a smile each day. They all remembered my name. The hotel had lots of staff, never had to wait for anything. The rooftop pool was lovely. I would highly recommend the Andaz to anyone who wishes a special delight in Singapore. Thank you to everyone.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at a Hyatt group hotel. Room super comfortable with everything you could wish for. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The staff were really patient and helpful. You cannot go wrong with a Hyatt.

Beautiful room beautifully laid out with incredible views of Singapore. The amenities in the room were excellent and the cleanliness was amazing.
For anyone who doesn't know there is direct access to the Bugis MRT station via the hotel lift down to the B3 level which made it super convenient whenever setting out via the MRT. Took us 24 hours to work this out.
Really good selection of eateries and Kopitiams in, around and under the building. The 7 Eleven was also handy for whatever munchies or basic grocery items you need all located on the B3 level.
