A wonderful place to stay in Paris, on a quite street but close to everything, easy walk to Louvre, lots of restaurants nearby, safe area, close to Metro, perfect

Room was small - no upgrade available even though my VIP status entitles me to one if available. Smart TV does not work when trying to connect to screen sharing devices. Best member of staff was Massy the barman - very polite, skilled and attentive in his approach.
It’s not a damning review as the place is ‘okay’ but it’s got work to do on treating its customers better before we would consider visiting again.

Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond. Property is clean and well kept. 2 minute walk from cadet metro station and really close to gare du nord, good metro links to get all around Paris and the main tourist spots. Overall a perfect stay. Would recommend and stay here again

Very clean hotel and staff were very friendly. One small point was that it was a bit strange that the hotel room door does not close/lock automatically after exiting the room, you need to use the physical key to lock it from the outside.

The hotel was fine, but not 5* in my opinion. Day time staff were friendly, however the night staff were not; one night I was unwell and needed some assistance and the night staff member was not very hospitable. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but it was very worn and in need of some updates. For example, the blind in the room was broken and one of the wardrobe doors would not close fully. The price did reflect this looking back, as it was cheaper than most other 5* hotel in Paris.

The Parister Hotel was excellent in every way. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on the food but the location was nearby lots of fabulous little cafes and restaurants. Very close to the metro and walking distance to the Sacre Coeur, Galleries Lafayette and L’Opera. Amazing location. I took my daughter to Paris for her 30th birthday and we had the best time!

Beautifully clean and tidy. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Shower was great. Swimming pool is narrow and long and has to be booked, which we ended up having all to ourselves.

Front desk, restaurant, and bar staff are very, very friendly and helpful. The one downfall we experienced was the housekeeping. Stayed for 3 nights and one day 1/night 1 upon check-in our room was not ready at 3:00. We were told it would be an additional 40 minutes. We waited in the

Hotel Parister is a gem of a hotel situated in a convenient location, within walking distance of the Louvre and nearby monuments. Best stay ever at Hotel Parister! Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was great. The spa was clean and second to none. My wife and I visited Paris for the first time not knowing what to expect. The staff at the hotel took the time to help us map out a schedule to visit all the main sites. Most of the sites were walking distance. They really made our visit easy and a pleasure. When I needed a shave, an umbrella, or adapters to charge our phones, the hotel met our needs. Water is free! I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a personal touch. The hotel is very clean and the area is very safe.

Our family stayed at this wonderful hotel for the spring break and we all like this hotel after staying here for 3 nights. This is our first trip to the Paris and I did extensive research to help decide which hotel we should book. I would say Hotel Parister is worth the money and a proven solid choice. The hotel has exceptional customer service, wonderufl breakfast and very convenient location(2mins walking distance to Metro 7 Cadet station). Our family all like this hotel and I would even book it again if we visit Paris next time. It is a small hotel but we like everything it offers. The staff is very friendly and every day morning we enjoyed a really good breakfast to provide both adults and kids a full energetic day. The hotel staff responded to my email message promptly with helpful tips. We enjoy our stay here and I would not hesitate to book it again in the future. Thank you!

The interior decor is elegant. The rooms are minimalistic but stylish. The bathrooms are clean and spacious even if the water spreads allover the space.
The evening/night receptionist was completetly underwhelming at check-in: arrogant, complacent, unwilling to bring an extra blanket because it is not "part of his job description". The lovely bar staff stpped in and saved what could saved.

There are many things I disliked: First, I stayed 3 nights but the treadmill worked only the first day. In had to run outside in my shorts (in winter) for the following 2 days because it was not fixed. Second, I chose the hotel for its pool. The pool was nice but disappointing because I was the ONLY swimmer wearing a swim cap. There were 5 other swimmers in the pool, some with very long hair, and they were careless. The pool was filled with hair! It also smelled bad. I was afraid of getting a skin rash after swimming an hour. Otherwise the pool temp is nice, and the size is great. Third, my shower handle was leaking. I asked the staff to fix it, but on the second and 3rd days, it was actually worse. I could only use the shower in the fitness center as a result. This was my second stay (the first time was very nice), but now I doubt I will aver return.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Parister. The front desk staff were ever so helpful - special thanks to Louisson for being so kind and make me feel so well looked after during my stay. Bartender Alejandro was fantastic and created a simple and yet delicious non alcoholic cocktail just for me. The 24hr pool was a fantastic feature. I would however point out that the rooms do look a little tired and probably could do with some refurb. - the metal plates around the sockets completely fell off. Also it would be nice if the room service had a bit more choices.
