Staff is very nice and polite, the hotel looks like brand new, no mold, no bad smell, no problem at all. Clean sheets and they also offer daily room service. The only small downside is that the hotel is approximately 10min walk distance from the main road in gatlinburg, but we were prepared for the cold and we walked with no problem! We knew it before we made the reservation and wasn’t a surprise after all. Just keep that in mind. 100% satisfied with everything. Gym was good as well!

The property didn’t appear filthy. There was no smell. However, there was mold on bathroom ceiling. Sewer gnats in the room. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast for these reasons.

The hotel staff members were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the hot tub was clean and very nice. Comfy room and very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there for 3nights. The hotel was great! Loved that you could walk to the attractions, food and shopping - were fast walkers and probably took us about 15 minutes back and forth - gets tiring, especially in the heat, but it’s doable! Breakfast was the same for all three days, that the one area we wish would be improved, be nice to have more options - but overall great experience

Very nice stay. Breakfast was not anything extraordinary, I’d say they had average breakfast not too many options. Rooms were very clean, didn’t have any issues with the rooms. It’s walkable to go to downtown. Lots of areas you can reach by walking or driving. Definitely a great stay if you don’t mind limited breakfast options.

This hotel was a little off the beaten path. It was walkable, however. Our only concern is while we checked in we noticed three hours later that somebody was trying to check in with our credit card in Orlando at the same time Marriott, property. Luckily, we caught it in their investigating. Not sure if it was just a coincidence.

This property was clean and the staff was friendly. The walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg was about three blocks, however walking back was all up hill. I recommend walking up 7th street/Reagan.
