Shower is bad. Water accumulates like if clogged, leals water into restroom floor. Almost slipped. Shower is "half covered", bad design.

Spacious room with large desk and very comfortable chair to work on and bloody fast WiFi day in day out. Comfy gym well maintained and on prem self service washing facilities. On the main junction connecting Khobar, Dammam and Dahran. 5 minutes walk (from the crossways) to mall of Dhahran. Plenty of food options within walking distance.

set-up for our family of 5. Parking was easy, staff were super friendly and kindly let us check in really early. A couple little broken things and staff was very appreciative when informed them at check out. Would happily stay here again.

This is fantastic hotel, charm welcoming, clean room, comfort beds.
The only issue in this hotel is the heavily use of the air perfume in corridors. This time I got room with very stinky smell and after calling the receptionist they switched to another one.
Before this visit, I inform the shift manager about the heavily last visit 2 months ago but nothing changed this time. The perfume concentration is too high.

Close to mall of Dahran and had its own dining facility. Hotel personnel were English literate but uber drivers were not.

Amazing hotel with great service, the only issue would be noise isolation as i have had some not so quiet days over the weekend.

I have called the Reception and Room services more than 10 times and NO answer. I had to go to the reception by my self to ask.
Also when I check in they asked for IDs and Document that never seen in any hotel around the world.

everything is good except noisy canceling between rooms. my room was connected by door. So I can hear next room conversation. I can's sleep until midnight.

In short that is a 3 stars Hilton. I took a 2 Bedroom Suite, the MBR smelled cigarettes though I asked for non smoking, area is too tight, and the food is simply a disaster! Consider eating outside.The reception staff are amazing! Need to say that, they desrve a 5 stars rating.

Nothing was special! Rooms were too smaller than expected! Reservations were not confirmed by the hotel! What I liked about the place its location and the clean service.
