We would highly recommend staying here. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious and the lady at reception was friendly and helpful.

Great value motel in a perfect location to explore Phillip Island. The rooms are clean and fully equipped (microwave, boiler, toaster, fridge, etc), checking in and out was fast, really no complaints, would stay here again for sure!

Our space was clean and bright , quiet and spacious. Our hosts were welcoming, personable and made sure we had what we needed. The amenities were convenient and it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for coffee/tea in the morning as well as complimentary treats. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and the area overall.

Extremely clean and in good working order. Linen and sheets all crispy clean. Very spacious layout. We booked a queen bed and twin bed set up for 3 people and we were not falling over each other or our bags. Table was set for 3. Tea and coffee making was included with ample tea bags for 2 days for 3 people and a complimentary pack of biscuits - a very nice touch. Also included were 2 small tetra pack of milk. Kitchen kit for cleaning came in sealed packs.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Nice stroll to the main shopping strip. Owners were lovely. Can't fault this motel!

I had a great 3 night stay at Arthur Phillip !

Stayed one night at motel as it was close driving distance to Penguin Parade at Phillip Island. Comfortable bed, quiet and good shower pressure. Friendly owner. Close to plenty of dining options in town. Highly recommend this motel if you’re staying in Cowes.

This hotel was exceptional! It was one of the best we've ever stayed at! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful, and the surroundings were so peaceful! We loved sitting at the cafe table outside with our coffee watching all the beautiful birds! Parking was free and easy, there was all the creature comforts provided (microwave, fridge, water kettle, cookies and coffee, etc), and the room was very clean. We were close by lots of fun wildlife activities, and there were lots of dining options. We had a fun and relaxing visit here, and would definitely go back! I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place

The place is comfy when we entered. Though we had some difficulty contacting the reception, finally to our relief we are able to contact them. They should have a whatsapp number as we are tourist with a foreign number. However, we were disappointed with their towels and bedding sheets as it doesn't have fresh fragrance but kind of musky smell. Bathroom floor was slippery when wet and hair dryer was not working. We couldn't get it replaced immediately as reception was closed from 8pm. The attending housekeeping staff was friendly and attended to our needs immediately when approached.

Room was great, so was the location. No staff at property for check in at about 4pm not at checkout at around 8.30am. Renovation going on three units up from 7.30am. Tv remote not working well and shower head kept falling down. Spa was wonderful.

Suitable for our needs

We liked everything about the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge and a full size packet of biscuits, mysteriously they must have also known that I loved custard creams :). If we go back to Phillip Island we'll definitely stay there again.

Probably the cleanest, best maintained Motor Inn I've stayed in. Very reasonably priced. I will recommend this Motel to my motorsport enthusiast mates, who are frequently ripped off. Complimentary bottled water, chocolates & biscuits, topped it off. We will certainly be back.

Wifi is not working. The room is big and clean. The aircon is new and quiet. Visitors can see many types of native birds at the front porch outside. Felt like visiting bird park.

Great location, ease of access and convenient to get to everywhere. Room was a great size, and facilities in great condition! Would highly recommend staying, we will definitely be staying again!

My husband and I stayed here 4 days in a Queen Room with Spa. Two bottles of water and a bar of chocolate, and an information booklet about the property with Visitor Info Guide Book of all local and nearby attractions was a nice welcoming touch. The room was spotless and had everything needed for our short stay - small dining table, ample sized wardrobe for our personal belongings, cutlery and crockery for two, clean bed linen and extra towels when we asked, microwave kettle, toaster and large smart TV, milk in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar sachets with milk. There was no kitchen sink, but at the back of the room, the ceramic wash basin between the spa and the small bathroom with shower and toilet - served the purpose; dishwashing liquid and cloths were also provided. The spa was very clean and easy to use, and bath salts were provided. The location was great - 10 to 15 walk to Cowes main street, where there was Aldi, Safeway, Coles, several restaurants and pubs, and the Phillip Island RSL. Hope and Neil were lovely and always available by telephone when we needed anything.

Set in very pleasant surroundings, with daily visits of loraceets, and cockatoos. Well maintained units, clean and tidy.
