Great location, great service. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if I return for another holiday for sure❤️

Good VFM hotel. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. Good location, 5 mins walk to Waterlooplein metro stop which is then 2 stops (approx 5mins) to central station. Rembrandt's House just around corner and about 15mins walk to red light area.

We didn't have GPS on us, so it was a bit difficult to find the location. After talking to locals we finally found it! It was clean and comfortable inside the hotel. And close walking to several restaurants, the Rembrandt Museum and picturesque canals. Also the hop-on, hop-off locations. Rooms were comfy, clean and a good night sleep. It's on a busy street, but inside quiet. The next morning the street was littered with liquor bottles and vomit. This is not the hotel fault. Just a warning to tourists.

Just a very basic hotel. Not much provided. Gotta bring your own hair conditioner. No water in the room as well.

The hotel was very clean and up-to-date and the staff was wonderful however the amenities were very spartan (maybe it’s a European thing) but the lack of even the small things like a clock, a phone some niceties in our room was a bit disappointing especially for the amount of money paid on a nightly basis.

Convenient location, walkable distance to restaurants, supermarkets and sightseeing attractions like the Nemo Science Museum. However the hotel property was located on a rather busy street which at times with cars running that can be still noisy after midnight.

Hotel is located near metro station and walking distance (15-20mins) to Dam Square and many other attractions. Construction is occurring in the street which limits traffic though.
Room and common area are clean and the staff are professional, friendly, and helpful.
