We loved our stay! Public transportation, restaurants, shopping stores, supermarkets, etc are all nearby. Main attractions of Vienna are also easily accessible. Ilya, the property manager, was very easy to deal with. Among others, he arranged for our very early morning transportation to the airport, and gave detail instructions for checking in. He was also available at all times. We would certainly stay here again if we go back to Vienna. We also love that the community is very diverse.

It’s the best no-nonsense process of check-in that I’ve experienced till date. Loved the fact that their support was on WhatsApp and even answered on a sunday. The apt was spotless and the location was very convenient to take underground etc.

Good ubication but not clean at all, restrooms smell so bad! Not recommended

I liked the fact that the place was near one of the metro stations; U3, fast food joints: Mc Donalds and others, grocery stores. It's in a quiet and safe environment so you don't have to worry. And the apartment is beautiful and as it's shown on the pictures. I would definitely stay here any time I visit Vienna.

It was very good

A comfortable apartment for a tourist experience of Vienna. Well conncected to the centre and other attractions by the metro line U1. Somwhat shabby neighbourhood but with good offer of places to eat. The staircase of the house is still under renovation but the flat is renovated and quite comfortable. Very comfy beds for a good night sleep. Kitchen facility is available. A bit radom collection of cutlery, cups and plates.

The appartment was very clean and recently renovated. Very close to metro and tram lines towards center of Vienna.The area is Arab speaking with lots of kebab and turkish restaurants. All in all very good.

The Apartment is quite far away from the Central Station. The front door is hard to open, need some technique. The building is old, however the decorations inside is very good, new and clean. The dinning room is a bit small, since we have 6 person, only 5 chairs insides the Apartment, the owner should provide provide enough chairs since we cook and have meal inside.

Host was very, very kind: communication, instructions and overall treatment was excellent. The place was very clean, very well maintained and very comfortable. It definitely met our expectations.

The place was very clean and well described in the photos. Ilya was great at keeping in touch and the directions were perfectly clear. We requested that he meet at apartment to settle up the payment, but it was quite possible just to show up on your own and leave the money on the table. Two issues we did have were no smoke alarms and no AC which would be a major issue in the summer months.

We spent 3 days in Wien. The apartament in Buchengasse 84 was very nice, trhee bedrooms, a big bathroom and a useful kitchen with all the tools. The neighbourhood it s very quite and the metro stop 'Reumanplatz' nearby the apartament. Ilya was very polite and always available !
