Very welcomed by the reception staff, even printed put a map of where i was going that night for a function. Close to everything. Nice views fro. My room. All staff i saw were very friendly and helpful. Nice room. Would stay there again

It was a one night stopover following a flight from Perth and before heading home. It gave us time to refresh and chill, with a room that was oh, so comfortable, a great shower and the room was short walking distance to the club for drinks and a meal. Very convenient. Friendly staff and service. What more can one ask!

The king room was great, with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in ages! However try to avoid the 4th floor - I was under the rooftop bar so was kept awake by not only the music but then what sounded like furniture being dragged across a floor for an hour till 1am
If the other rooms are like the one I stayed in (402) then it’s a great value place to stay, with a buffet / restaurant / cafe next door.
Do not however book the breakfast through this site as they charge 75% more than buying when you arrive. Total con.

The whole experience was fantastic. It is close to the hospital and staff were very understanding of my reason for staying. I highly recommended if need to be close to the hospital.

Very close to Grifith univ and GCUH.
10 minutes walk to GCUH tram station and you can reach Surfar's paradise directly by tram.
If you have a buniness at GU or GCUH, just stay here.

We had an easy check in. Room was a good size though some cold water in the fridge would have been nice. Comfortable bedding and it was very quiet for a good night's sleep. Had a great buffet dinner at Frenzies.

A bit disappointing that the hotel did not have complimentary water bottles or an amenities kit otherwise all good.

This hotel has a very convenient location for the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University. It also has very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. However, we we returned from our conference on day 1 none of our rooms had been serviced. When I enquired the next day, I was told that with the discounted conference rate, it did not include room servicing. So, I suggested that they tell us that when we check-in and then we won't be disappointed. For example, I would have hung my towels up and not left them scattered on the floor.

My sister & I stayed due to the proximity to the GC University hospital. Nice, sleek and clean hotel with good facilities. We did book a king room and were given a twin bed room which was fine but the beds were a little annoying how easily they wheeled everywhere. AC worked well and the room was nice and bright. Bathroom was very good and the man at check in was nice.

The property was fine but the smell of cleaning chemicals gave me such severe asthma that I had to leave the motel within 5 minutes. So we didn't actually stay there. In and out in under 5 minutes!!
