Proximity, very near to Surfer Paradise and other attractions.

After hours service, was not available. Very hard to get any additional thing after 5 pm.

Stairs

It was close to surfers Paradise beach , Watersports and shopping. The pool and spa were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the wire door on our patio was hard to open and the washing machine was loud but all in all it was good.

The location is always great here. My 5th or 6th stay at Paradise Isles. I love it. Pool Spa and 5 mins to everything. Top notch

The room was excellent everything you needed. The wifi had been recently upgraded was great

We loved the pool, the ease of reaching transport and getting to the main attractions. Shops were just up the road which helped a lot. Staff were also friendly and helpful with our questions. Also, the bed linen and pillows were soft and comfy.

The double bed and sofa-bed weren't the most comfortable, the sofa-bed being especially stiff, and this did leave some minor muscle ache in parts.

not enough things like tea, coffee and sugar provided. not enough Toilet paper, had to ask for more after one day which was provided

The staff were really nice and friendly. Security cameras all around the building to keep is safe. Customer service. The pool and the spa.

Time management, especially on the first day checking in. I had to wait 40 minutes for one of the staff to check me in and give a key to the room.

Location ideal for us as central to beach and close to family

No elevator so bit of struggle if you have heavy luggage

I liked the facilities like the kitchen and laundry. Location is peaceful. Near the shops and a short walk to Surfers Paradise. Foxtel was good. Heater/air-cond. good and good view.

I would like staff to operate every day and at extended hours. Example 7am-11pm Mon-Sun. I know it's a 3-star property, but I would like the rooms to be cleaned at least every 2 days of my accommodation, bins and cleaning products replaced etc. I felt like I was the housekeeper everyday. Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor and slow, thankfully there's Foxtel. Staff could be better with customer service handling. And at least let first time guests know that there are no lift services. I stayed on the top floor and was forced to carry my heavy luggage by myself with no help of any kind with 3 levels of stairs. I was furious about that! Please put shelves or caddies in the showers!

The location was convenient.

The apartments were very clean, well set up with everything we needed, great pool and grounds, receptionist very nice and helpful 🙂
