The hotel staff are so welcoming, accomodating, and friendly ! They speak fluent english, and flexibility and advice are great! I had to extend my trip an extra 2 nights due to unfortunate circumstances, and they were happy to assist with my changes. The free beer hour is nice ! This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling through tokyo. The pods are very spacious, wifi is fast and reliable, and it is located nicely where walking is easily accessible to see local hotspots. 100/10

My first time in a capsule hotel and it was great - front desk are nice and knowledgeable. The washrooms were clean. I’m 5’4 and I found the beds comfy but if you’re taller and need more space when sleeping, then this might not be for you as the pods/ beds are a little small.

The space was clean and exactly as expected. Check in was very quick. Love the selection of toiletries right out front in the lobby. Room not locking was a bit unexpected but overall no issues.

This was beyond a hostel. There are all types of travelers going through if you are looking to socialize but if you are an introvert like me you will still have a nice time. The rental work stations were a mice touch.

Wow, best "hostel" I've ever been to. For a shared sleeping area this is by far the nicest I've ever been to. Coworking downstairs, 24hr common area, free beer and snacks, very clean, quiet, and safe.

Great for solo travellers. Right in the heart of Shibuya, a short walk from the station. The location can’t be beat. Comfy bed with enough space for my belongings. Could do with an additional lift in the building to cater to all guests, I found I was waiting a while to enter/ exit.

I loved the concept of the room, even small it was very comfortable and had everything I needed! Great ventilation, usb, lamp etc.
The bathroom amenities were divine, had the best smell ever!
Loved the coffee machine and the iced matcha.
Location was the highlight, near to the main station and all the restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay at if you’re gonna be shopping and going to the main attractions in Tokyo! About a 5-7 walk to Shibuya station. Lots of places to eat and shop at around. Pods are mostly quiet and very clean :)

The pod (or "capsule") model is not for everyone. It's not going to be pleasant for people who crave privacy or are claustrophobic. But the price is reasonable, the people are friendly and helpful, and it is a unique experience for those of us who have only used conventional hotels.

Mixed bag. Not the most comfortable stay, with tons of foreign tourists making things overcrowded. One girl was talking on the phone very loudly in the restroom area. Staff was friendly. Free beer hour at 5:30 is nice. Seems like the coworking space was also super crowded. Good place if you want to make friends with European and American travelers (mostly men).

Great for solos to socialize. Good price. Bed size is decent. Great english speaking staff. Perfect location for Shibuya. Showers, toilets, and laundry are kept clean. Fairly quiet in the guest rooms. The free beer hour is amazing for socializing and I say that as someone who lacks extremely in that area.
