Excellent airport hotel. 24 hour shuttle, 2 trips each way every hour dead on time and driver is very courteous, helping with bags. Overall efficient and pleasant staff. Nice breakfast if you have time. Pool and exercise room. Also close (and the shuttle will, I am told, pick you up or drop you off there) to the Dorval Via rail station. Good wifi. Basically zero issues.

The long time parking is always a problem booking with Hotels.com or Expedia. One should call the Doubletree directly otherwise they won't allow you to park there for a week... This is nonsense.

I stayed for just one night before an early flight, and the quietness of my room was a big plus - I couldn’t hear any other guests at all.
The restaurant was good and reasonably priced, though it would be nice if it stayed open a little later.
Another positive is that the security deposit was refunded almost immediately after checkout.
A few things could be improved, though. The lighting in the room was frustratingly dim, even after turning on about ten lamps. It seems like there’s a trend in hotels to keep rooms intentionally dark, and I’m not a fan. It would be much more convenient to have better, centralized lighting.
Also, I’d prefer if the duvet was in a proper duvet cover rather than being placed between two flat sheets - though I understand this is common in North America.
Lastly, a handheld shower head would be a welcome addition, so I wouldn't need to take two full showers just to wash my hair at a different time.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It was a welcome change from previous accommodations and provided a wonderful night sleep.

Quick stay but slept great. Comfortable bed and room. Clean and all you need. Good shuttle service. Breakfast however wasn’t great. Staff was fantastic but the food and coffee were meh. Still, I would return.

The hotel was clean and up-to-date and close to the airport and train station. They also provide a shuttle service which was really convenient.
The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but had a good selection and was tasty.

Stayed for Bicolline 2024. Has a great breakfast buffet included with the room (or menu items for purchase) and shuttle to airport. Great stay overall!

Hotel was nice; staff made the stay! The lady at reception was fantastic and was able to sort late checkouts for us! At breakfast the lady overseeing was very nice. Got extra items that were finished and was friendly throughout.

We were only here for one night but would definitely be back. The hotel was clean and modern, as was our room. Service was good. The only thing is we found 25$ for parking a little steep. Otherwise, we had a great stay. We were also given warm cookies upon check in which was a nice touch especially for our kids.

Points to consider before booking: no fan in the washroom, the AC is not consistent nor cold, the room fridge was not working, parking is not free and need to pay $25 per day - it should be included in your stay. Instead if giving "complimentary" welcome cookies, fix these important issues. Cleaning staff and maintenance employee (who came by to check the AC) were nice. Thank you.

Room was quiet and comfortable but a very long walk from lobby (room 105). Restaurant was excellent but it would have been nice to have other dining options nearby. Really appreciated the airport shuttle, although we had to wait 40 minutes for one airport pickup.

Very close to the airport, however everything has an extra charge. The parking is extra, and the breakfast was extra with very limited options. Service was good and the staff were very friendly.
