My stay was wonderful. Both the hotel and my room were immaculately clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious. I had one dinner and one breakfast at the hotel and the food is delicious. Staff was friendly. Exceptional hotel stay for the price.

Generic type hotel and very expensive. The room was large and very clean and surprisingly quiet They were great about reserving a cab for the next morning but was hoping they had a shuttle to the airport.

I was in a handicap accessible room. I loved the space, the walk-in shower, and the bar holds (as I have had knee replacements). The only thing I was extra careful about was the shower floor. When wet, it was a little slippery. Otherwise, everything was great.

Stay was ok, stayed for 2 nights. We requested for cleaning they denied saying room service is only for 3 or more nights, we asked if they can just vacuum the floor as kids had made a mess but they denied. The breakfast cannot handle a crowd, we had to wait for hours to get turn. Safe parking, they had gated entry and exit making car parking safe. Pool was amazing, kids loved it.

Worst part of the free breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. We left before that.

Nice and good location

The area had power outage when we arrived. The hotel and the staff had no experience in handling the situation. It should have a well defined plan including clear communication with guests. The front desk did not even have a proper flash light to handle the check in. I was told that the only thing they could do is a full refund and we are welcome to look for another places in the middle of the night. I will not recommend this hotel.

A little tough to get to because of the 1 way Street but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel lost power for 3 hours because of the rain storm but the staff did everything they could to make it pleasant for the guests. All the staff were great and the all inclusive breakfast was not bad.

The place is clean and we had a good stay there

I stayed here for a couple of days for a business conference; the staff was great and so accommodating and understanding as my plane had landed really late. The rooms were clean and amenities were nice. Overall it was a great stay!

The beds were comfortable, and the room was ok. There was no ice bucket in the room and when we asked for one, we were offered a dirty pail. The breakfast buffet was fine for what it is, and the staff was trying hard, but families were leaving tables dirty with drinks spilled on the floor and no-one was cleaning it up. We booked the hotel for the pool and water slide features. The pool was fine, but the water slide was out of order by the time it was quiet enough for our teens to use the facilities. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and we won’t rebook.

This property has potential— nice design. The rooms are well designed and modern, but a little bleak: a few pictures on the wall and an area rug would help. The pool looked good, but upon check in I was informed that it was not in service for a few days. Not such a big deal for me travelling alone, but a family of five was checking in after me and I don’t imagine they were happy.

My wife and 2 kids were staying here. But it was too noisy. It is beside of highway and it is really noisy. We can't sleep at night. Also, there was not EV charging.

Typical airport hotel - right on the highway, not very suitable for guests without their own vehicles. Dining options nearby if you have a car, but it's a long-ish walk. Rooms are relatively new and spacious for a hotel of this type -- but the mattress in our room was surprisingly worn-in, considering. Free breakfast was disappointing -- not enough staff to keep food replenished at busy times, huge lineups for popular items like waffles, inadequate seating (guests grabbing food and taking to rooms because nowhere to sit) and quality of food itself quite so-so (bland baked goods, still-frozen fruit, eggs that tasted like they came from a carton, etc.) Pool was another selling point at booking that disappointed us on arrival -- both times we went swimming we arrived to find no towels on the deck and evidence of black mold on the deck itself. Inadequate ventilation made space very hot and humid and too-strong stench of pool chemicals stung our eyes. Given the number of young families using the pool, these design flaws were concerning. Overall our needs were met, but we'd hoped for more from a newer hotel.

This is a nice hotel if you want to stay for a day or two. My kids really liked the pool and the slide. Only thing I didn’t like was how check in took forever. We asked for rooms to be beside each other but told us when we got there that wasn’t possible. Overall this hotel is okay but not the best.

We enjoyed staying here for 5 days, not only affordable price but it also very comfortable room. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

What a great hotel! My room was so beautiful and practical ! The only problem was that I was very disappointed how far it is from the airport and that there was no shuttle. The breakfast was awesome, one of the best I have had in a hotel. Over all I loved it!

The property was new and our room was very clean albeit a little smaller than we expected. We definitely had some issues that would have changed my mind and converted my 4 star rating into a 5 star. First, the hotel is constantly running out of things. I used the gym in the hotel and it never had water although they had placed a water cooler there. During breakfast, you never knew what would run out or break down. I understand if I was the last one at breakfast but I typically arrived to eat between 7 and 7:30 (breakfast is 6:30-9:30) and even then, I would find that the bananas are finished or the whole wheat bread only has 1 slice left or that the fruits for the yogurt have been switched from blueberries to strawberries because of shortage. This was a daily occurrence. Another frustrating thing was that there is a gate to enter and exit the parking lot of the hotel and no one gave us a ticket to make our entry easier, even though we asked. It was so inconvenient and stupid to press the call button and wait at the gate each and every time we wanted to exit and enter the parking lot. Another thing is that there’s no safe in the hotel room, which is odd because I’ve never been to a hotel room that doesn’t have one. The staff is also kind of rude and standoffish. Other than the nice staff lady I ran into in the elevator, I didn’t meet a single person that treated me nicely, made me feel welcome or took the time to address my concerns.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The slide at the pool is a plus, our son enjoyed it a lot. Only negative part was the breakfast… not enough space to eat and long queue to take our food. Not lots of choice, I would have liked some baked goods. I think they could improve the breakfast, but the hotel is very comfortable and clean!

New hotel. Very clean and quiet. Rooms were updated and equipped with multiple USB and phone charging ports. Close to local shops and restaurants. Close enough to airport but did not hear any airplane noise.
