Night staff was very rude. We booked this hotel very last minute as previous hotel canceled on us. When we got there (by uber from city center), receptionist told us they are fully booked, there are no rooms available and we can get only emergency staff room with one queen bed (for 3 people) with no refund or go somewhere else (with no refund as well). Receptionist was rude through whole checkin process and even told us that he is weekend employee only and don't know how to use reservation system well. During the night, room phone ringed twice (I guess it was redirected from reception as it was staff emergency room). Didn't worth the money!

The food served in the restaurant, no breakfast or lunch served!

The room beds are low to the ground and are hard to get up and down. The appliances were not plugged in. Maid service was every 3 days! What's with that 3 people in room and no beds made or garbage emptied, no towels!!! Kids banging doors till 2:30 am, and talking NOT QUIETLY. Reported to desk they didn't care. Will NEVER stay at Wyndam again!!! Your loss because I have spent $1,000 in the last few weeks. I will definitely not recommend you to anyone!!!

Power was out upon arrival - no fault to them but staff didn’t really seem to care or have any urgency about it. Room could have been cleaner. Someone used a key card to get into my room while I was sleeping, extremely caught off guard by that! I’m assuming because there was no power on check in— someone forgot to do their job when I came back on. Female staff apologized on behalf of hotel, although she was not the one who initially booked me in. Accepted apology but ended up checking out early as I was pretty dissatisfied with the hotel.

I liked the comfortable king size bed. The shower room was clean.
