Me cobraron $40 CAD mas al momento del check in de lo estipulado en Booking. En Mexico llamaría a PROFECO. El hombre de recepción con quien hice check in es un déspota.

El ambiente muy fresco. La iluminación de ambientes incluido la habitación.

Todo OK.

La nuitée reste assez chère

Dicht bij de luchthaven, goede shuttle service, eventueel ook goed te lopen. Mooie, schone kamers waar alles keurig geregeld is. Niets te klagen.

Free shuttle. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Queen size bed. Small fridge. Hair dryer. Fast check in and self check out leaving key in the box at the front desk. I like the most that they offered the late check out as our flight is late in the evening. The extra charge is reasonable.

The shuttle is not arranged or organized. You just show up ( and hope you get on). And if you don’t get on then you take the next one waiting every 30 30 minutes. We did get on and it was full. I can not imagine if more people were showing up and may have to fight for the seats? Obviously no one wants to miss the flight.

À la réception dès mon arrivée, une jeune black très souriante et accueillante. «  Ça c’est bien passé ? «  me dit-elle. Pour ses collègues c’était différent. C’était le tutoiement à tout va. Je comprends que vous êtes dans votre pays, mais n’oubliez pas que vous accueillez une clientèle internationale. J’avais trois fois l’âge de la réceptionniste. Je la vouvoyais et elle me tutoyait. C’était insupportable ! Dans notre langue française, le vouvoiement marque le respect, ne le savez-vous pas ? En plus son accent était difficilement compréhensible, très nasal, mal articulé et je devais lui demander de tout répéter.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle was punctual. Bed and pillows were comfortable, lots of hot water in the newly renovated bathroom. Linens were great. I didn't try the available breakfast quick items but chose to have a hot breakfast at a hotel across the street.

Close to airport. Frequent, timely and efficient shuttle service.

No food on offer. No porter service. Fair customer service.

Location was great and I did not use the breakfast so I can’t comment on it.

Nothing to complain about at this time.



Charging for the parking $25 is not fair and also the carpet started to smell in the room…

Great shuttle service. Supposedly every 30 minutes but it came back in 10 after leaving with a full load of people, to get the rest of us.

Very friendly staff. Great location for catching a flight. Very clean.

The restaurant and bar not open and had to go to another hotel for dinner. We were not informed until we had booked in. I thought it was a bit expensive for what they had to offer.

It was new, clean and super close to the airport. The bathroom was well laid out with plenty of bench room. The room was an excellent size for 3 of us in one room with luggage. Car parking was simple. We took the car rental back at night ready for the next day's early morning flight and used the hotel shuttle to move back and forward for this exercise. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes 24/7

The restaurant was closed for renovations. They had suitable alternate arrangements, but I would have preferred to know in advance.

I liked the location

How questions asked were not answered completely. No one told me that the shuttle would not have the Aloft name on it. Waited at the airport for a bus that apparently kept passing me. A damage deposit was put on my credit card without telling me ahead of time and then I had to check my credit card to make sure they took it off. it was one night. What kind of damage would I have caused to justify such a hefty deposit? When I got my statement, it turns out they overcharged me.

Loved the location near the airport.

Not a lot of menu choices in the restaurant.
