Did not like the 10am checkout at all. Rules about towels and having to pay $25 or either $35 for extra is a bit much

Easy to walk to nearby attractions. Excellant ocean view. Room and building could use some updating and deep cleaning. Can't complain we had a nice time. Id stay again.

The location was great, it was walking distance to just about everything we could need and the size of the room was great. What was not good was the fact that the room was not yet cleaned upon check in, wet towels all in the bathroom, the bed was undone with blankets on the floor, and the fact that upon making the reservation we weren’t told not to go to the lobby of the hotel. I had to call to get the code to enter the room. And I had to wait until 4:00pm for check in and the room wasn’t ready yet. It was hard to get in contact with the host and it took me over an hour to get the check in information and for my call to even go through and speak to a representative. The representatives were very helpful, the over all check in experience and room service wasn’t great. After the room was cleaned it was a great experience it was just the fact that I had to call and complain rather than the room being already ready for me as a guest to come in.

The unit itself was clean and fine. The parking lot was disgusting, trash everywhere. It's just a wide open parking lot, no enforcement of parking permits don't keep any valuables in your vehicle. No one was ever enforcing the bands at the pool and very few people wore them or they were just in from the street. The elevator was broken one day but quickly fixed. Very convenient short walk to the boardwalk but for the price we would not stay at Atlantica again.

Check out time Expedia says 11 o’clock then when I received the email says 10 o’clock in prescription says there is spice in the kitchen there wasn’t any it all

My family and I enjoyed this property. We had no complaints. The condo was amazing. Front desk was super helpful. It was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Contempory building from the outside but very dated on the inside. Extremely overpriced for a stay at the beach.

Our room was advertised it had a kitchen, the room had a microwave. We planned on cooking all of our meals their but obviously couldn't. Was supposed to have 2 beds it had one. Our oceanfront rooms windows were so dirty you couldnt see out of them. Their was tons of cockroaches outside, they definitely dont spray for bugs

Condo was small but clean. It had very minimal supplies. Kitchen is extremely small and would be an issue if you planned to cook meals. It would have been nice if beach towels were supplied. It worked for our stay and was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean

Everything was perfect!

At first it seem pretty odd that they didn't have a reception desk but they text you codes to enter the building and your room in advance of check in. Everything was clean and in good repair. The room is had a separate bedroom with a clothes washer/dryer which was great. It had a small kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It is right on the beach in a good location. I would stay at this hotel again.

I liked that the condo was on the beach. View was nice. Lazy river pool was wonderful along with with the hottub. Cleanliness was lacking. Had to wear shoes the whole time inside the condo or feet were black and gritty. Internet was almost non-existant. Beds felt like I was sleeping on concrete.

We were in the smaller of the two buildings with the outside pool. We did have access to the other buildings indoor, outdoor pools and hot tub areas. There was no front desk or anyone around if you needed anything. Communication was great though, I received text messages with building, room and pool codes. Our room code did not work upon arrival. I called the number, and they changed it for me immediately and stayed on the phone with me to ensure it worked. Building, room and pool areas were clean and well kept. Very nice place for a family. Quiet and right on the beach. Parking was very easy. Right across for the hotel.

My mom and I had took a much needed mother daughter trip. She wanted to go somewhere that she had never been so Myrtle Beach is where we went. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and absolutely perfect for us. Would not recommend using the washer/dryer combo...it took 4 hours to do one load of clothes but that sure wouldn't keep me from coming back.

Very close to beach

I traveled with my mother in-law, wife, a toddler and an infant. The stay was perfect! We’ve traveled to many different countries and stayed at many different places but I must say this was the most ideal and amazing stay for me personally. Everything you would need is in walking distance and parking was very easy.

We are in this hotel for the third time and we are always satisfied. But there are always some breakdowns that were eliminated at our request. There is a suggestion that the rooms should have chairs for the beach.

4.5 out of 5. Just a couple of issue with furniture and kitchen but overall acceptable for small family.

The property was as described. It was a tight fit at times for the 6 of us but very budget friendly. With quick beach access and clean pools/hot tubs, it was exactly what we were looking for.

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. The only downside is the parking.

We loved our stay. The apartment is a little old and could be a little bit more clean but everything was in order. The location is excellent and we loved the ocean view. We also liked that they had a pool, a jacuzzi and a lazy river. When I needed to extend my stay I call and they helped me right away, very good communication. The check in was very easy and smooth as well. I would stay again, overall very good!

Booked this place cause it was close to the baseball fields we attended. The place had a weird smell we couldn’t get rid of. The plastic chairs on the balcony were old and broken. The place was older, not updated at all. But worked to sleep in, I guess that’s what we were looking for as we spent most of our time at the baseball fields for our tournament.

I liked how close this place is to the beach and the security of the place with the codes on the doors I will come back definitely

The pictures of this unit are nicer than they are in person. Outdated. Beds are awful. Housekeeping left tvs on and cleaning supplies in the unit when they left. Almost every evening our neighbors were smoking weed when there are signs saying its a non smoking property. Very over priced. Probably the worst condo ive stayed in yet. I usually dont leave reviews,but i was really disappointed in this one. The only good thing is the location and the ocean view.

Self-Check in and out The mattress on the couch was worn out and the sheets on the king size bed looked dingy

Our room was beautiful and super clean we where right on the ocean had a breathing view of the ocean. Wasn't sure what I needed to bring but they provided everything we needed it was quite perfect for my family they where super nice and helpful will definitely be back!

the condo was in excellent condition. the building was also in excellent condition. James and his son who manages the property building were so nice and attentive to our needs. his cleaning crew who moved to myrtle beach in 2014 started their own cleaning business. they were also nice and they had the property in excellent standing. I would recommend this property. i give it five stars. thank you James!

The pictures are clearly professionally taken photos that make the condo look very nice. It isn’t very nice. If you’re used to staying in budget hotels, then you probably won’t have an issue with it. If you like clean, and more upscale accommodations, then this isn’t the place for you. Luckily my kid is 6 and thinks everything is amazing at his age, so I’m glad he was happy.
