Our room was nice and spacious, comfy but didn’t have a nice view. We think the hotel is centrally located and easy to find as you only need to look for the obelisk as it is about 5 min walk from the hotel. It’s a busy location with easy access to restaurants, cafes, bank, convenience stores and tango shows venue. Lots of tourists so it’s safe to walk around at night. The restaurant on site does have good food, cocktails and wine at reasonable price. Breakfast buffet was great. Truly enjoyed it.

This is a nice hotel located centrally in Buenos Aires, so easy to get to a variety of locations. Very walkable. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar. WiFi was not reliable, and more plugs needed bedside to accommodate chargers, etc. Other than that, good.

The front desk staff was very friendly. However, we were given the wrong keys twice and opened into a room that was already occupied! Such a shock to see people in my room! Then, we had to return to front desk with all our luggages to receive keys for another room number !

We just returned from three night stay in Buenos Aires. The hotel is located within two blocks of the obelisk and walking distance to many of the main attractions. The hotel room was clean with a simple design but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. The breakfast was substantial with many offerings. The front desk staff were very helpful and bilingual. Compliments to Melanie, Ezequiel, and Nicolas for all their assistance and service during the visit.

All clientele were very polite, respectful and accommodating. The room had hard wood flooring (no carpets) which is much cleaner. The hotel restaurant food wasn’t good but the service was fine.

We have stayed at this Hotel on 2 occasions. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful. The property is an easy walk to several sites. And the absolute best part of this hotel is both times we checked in at 9am (check in is 3pm) and they had rooms clean and ready. Which rarely happens anywhere. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone.

Coffee service room had a charge and no indication. No face cloths but were happy to provide other towels when requested including a blanket. Staff were very pleasant. However I would go back to this hotel because of its location and staff.

The Grand Brizo enjoys an excellent location near the Obelisk in the heart of Buenos Aires. There are a lot of restaurant and entertainment opportunities nearby. Staff is highly competent and friendly. Very good breakfast spread.

Location was good. Easily walkable to everything we wanted in Centro.Hotel clean and staff moderately friendly. Room was not sound proof. Loud from both inside and outside. Breakfast was passable. We chose to eat out the second morning as weren’t interested in the breakfast a second time.

Really excellent hotel. Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well updated. Really helpful front desk staff. Very good breakfast with eggs, croissants, juices, desserts, etc. lovely rooftop bar with music, tapas and good drinks. Has a small gym with treadmill, weights etc. excellent value! The hotel is beautiful all around... the staff is superb, room is very comfortable.
As an xtra note... I stayed at the hotel as a birthday gift to my aunt. When we got there my aunt mentioned it was her bday..
.half hour later, a staff member came knocking on the door... he had 3 small cakes and a note wishing her a happy birthday and an awesome stay!!! I am beyond words for this gesture!

This is an excellent hotel! We liked it so much that we extended our stay here (thereby cancelling reservations we had at a different hotel). The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer all our various questions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
