Absolutely a beautiful Hotel - you will not be disappointed. For myself, the staff and the accommodations are both equally important and the Fauchon L'Hotel meets all that and more. The employees make the difference with a 5 + Star warm personality and courtesy.

We loved our stay at Fauchon. Fantastic location, a block from the metro, and walking distance to lots of great things. Room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful- with hot egg dishes made to order, and a delicious spread of other goodies. Most importantly was the staff- they worked hard to please! Mehmet and Laura at the front desk went above and beyond helping us catch a train in the rain, with our luggage, when no cabs or Ubers were available. Truly exceptional service we won’t forget!

Amazing stay apart from the staff kindly cleaning our windscreen for us as we had driven from London. They damaged the windscreen so much with terrible scratches across the whole windscreen, that on the return to London we had to get it replaced. It was an accident, however, I suggest you don’t get them to clean your car

Rooms are ample size with modern conveniences and filled with delicious complimentary treats. Soundproof rooms offer a good nights sleep. Location is within walking distance to the best shops and dining. The staff is lovely, especially Sofie.

Nice hotel and good value for your money, especially considering the location. Unfortunately I left a $700 brand new belt in the room (in the packaging still!) and the hotel failed to locate it. Must have been a nice gift for the housekeepers. My husband and I travel to Paris often but we will not be recommending this hotel to friends or booking again unless our belt is found and returned. I expect 5 star hotels to be 100% trustworthy.

We will absolutely return to Fauchon hotel. It was a wonderful stay. I had my mother and my 3 year old daughter with me. The hotel is perfect for all ages. The staff is so accommodating, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more. The attention they gave my 3 year was so appreciated. She loved it. And the room was wonderful. We had enough room to set up an additional bed for my daughter and fit all our suitcases. It was a fantastic stay in Paris and we can’t wait to be back.

Excellent hotel!! ALL the staff are super friendly, attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. When our uber car got to the hotel from the airport, a staff greeted us and unloaded our luggage from car immediately. Then we relaxed in the lobby served with drinks and cookies. We dont need to check-in at the counter. Instead, a staff went to us to check us in while we were relaxing. We were even escorted to our room by front desk staff to explain what to expect in our stay. I commend the training given to all staff including the staff in-charge of replenishing the bar in our room, and the housekeeping. Our room is cleaned/checked twice a day. The manager is super friendly and takes time to talk to guests that makes us feel very welcomed. We stayed at Junior Suite Panache and it’s perfect. Room is very comfortable and clean. Bed is perfect to sleep on. Location is also perfect. Just 3 minutes walk to high-end stores. This hotel is highly recommended.

It was a perfect getaway hotel. Warm, welcoming staff and the ideal location — very walkable to the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Service was flawless, including room service. I will definitely book again at the Fauchon Hotel!

The hotel staff were a delight. The only hiccup was the spotty breakfast service. We had to order our coffee 3 times and the waiter missed our mushroom order.

From the moment we reached the door of the hotel till we left we were treated like royalty. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The room had state of the art Dyson hair drier and everything from the water to their speciality bakery goodies were included and replenished every day. It was as an experience worth repeating.

Great location near Concorde. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and has a nice view of Eiffel Tower. Would stay again next time in Paris.

The staff at Fauchon were extremely attentive and caring. They have an excellent sense of customer service. Really made the visit very nice. The property itself is very well located being close to everything and really in a central spot. The building is nice although not really five star. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very nicely appointed. Everything is walkable from the hotel making it really great in that regard. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the the food. While the staff was great it seems both the interior and the food could use an update. Overall enjoyed the hotel and especially the staff and thought the rooms and the location are great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and everything was perfection— clean, delicious snacks, plenty of options for meals and services. Paris done right!

Amazing staff, very friendly. I will definitely go back there a 1000 times. Especially Solene she’s one hella of a host. Full smiles, easy going, very attentive and compassionate. I wish I can give her 10 stars, she made my journey fantastic and amazing. I really look forward to going back to paris and enjoying Fauchon. Least I forget the hotel manager very welcoming. These guys are deffo professionals in hosting & hospitality. I’m impressed.

We loved the VIP welcome! The library is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. We had a beautiful glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. Stunning interior style of the hotel is very appealing. Great bathroom and loved the towels! Only complaint was the air conditioning, which we were told countless times could be set to what we chose. However this was proven untrue as it was set to 22.9 degrees like most hotels. They went to great lengths to explain it takes 1.5 hours to kick in but that never happened, even on each occasion someone came to check our AC unit. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely faultless!!! Loved it and would stay again.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location! Just a few minute walk to the high end shops and restaurants like L'Avenue. Walking the Champs Elysees all the way down to the Arc was a lot of fun. We loved the outdoor seating, black exterior of the building, friendly doorman and staff. Will definitely stay here again!
