The front desk service was very friendly and accommodating whenever I had a question or needed something. The breakfasts were very good and the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is also excellent, very convenient to everywhere, walking distance to Bridge of Lions and downtown historic Mission district

Our room was next to the bar the noise was unbearable and was impossible to sleep. They also made us confirm our dinner reservation only to tell us upon arrival that the restaurant was closed.

The hotel was in a great location, minutes to historic city. The hotel appeared to be a small boutique hotel , but had more roos than expected. It was very quite and the staff were very helpful and just good all around.

Great experience. About a 30 minute walk to either the amphitheater or downtown. Fun pub right next door. Plenty of good places to eat; all walkable. Clean rooms and cold A.C. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was updated and very clean. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind and helpful! The property was in a great location close to downtown and not far from the beaches. I highly recommend the property and we will be staying again.

Let me start by saying that Caleb was great and is a one man show. Caleb works the front desk, tends the bar, cleans the rooms and responds when there is an issue in the guest room. Other than Caleb, this place is a complete disaster. The hotel might say it has food, but they would need someone to staff the restaurant and they don’t. So, no food service. The toilet in the room flushed about 70% of the time. The T.V stopped working on night two (first day of college football). Caleb tried to get it working but was unable and since they were booked, there was thinking that could be done. On day three the key card lock stopped working. Caleb had to once again come to the rescue and replace the key cards.
I will not be staying here again.

Check out was at 11 am and I couldn’t get into the room to get my suitcases out. I just felt like they kinda rushed us out

Staff super friendly, great bar and food, good things to do close by or across the Lions bridge. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Will absolutely stay again

The design is good but they didn’t fix the infrastructure…which means a very small pool, bad shower, and under-window AC unit. We were disappointed at this price point.
We are rooting for the staff, who work multiple jobs and are great but stretched very thin.
So, we would not choose to stay here again. The lesson for us is pictures only tell part of the story!

Pros - one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Shower pressure was great and hot not Luke warm. Check in was quick. Staff nice. Hotel was not busy. Parking is very close and free. Terrace and pool over looking street which was neat. Free Cabanas around pool. Inside bar near pool also.
Cons - can hear everything inside your room. Beds were comfortable but harder than I liked.
Pool was on smaller side. Water in shower had weird smell.

Oh my goodness! This little hotel was amazing! From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. The staff was extremely accomidating. Torri, the front desk clerk, Lisa May, the do EVERYTHING girl, Miss Lee the cook, all went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby bars (though I didn’t get to try any of them).
Super easy parking. Both outdoor lot & indoor garage available.
All of the staffs I encountered were nice and friendly.
Room’s very clean, but I feel like it’s time for a new AC filter. I woke up with stuffy nose which is very unusual for me as a person with no allergies at all.
Additionally, the room was freezing cold and the AC controller didn’t really do anything. I couldn’t turn it off or adjust the temp. The cold air woke me up several times during the night.
Other than that, it was a great stay overall :)

Nice hotel, about a 1/2-3/4? mile walk from the fort. Probably a little quieter than places in the town center, which is nice. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee in room & fridge. No microwaves in room. Nice gym with hand weights, an elliptical machine, and a treadmill. Handcarts available to take baggage up to the room. I didn't try breakfast. Bonus: parking garage under the hotel (limited spaces, but nice to have a covered option for parking.) My room was a standard two queen room. June 2024.

The staff were very nice. The property was a good value and a nice location. Short walk over the bridge to the historic area. Felt safe walking at night.
The only real issue is the noise. You can hear street traffic and voices all night. We did not complain to staff because they have no control over the street traffic and noise. I did use a white noise app and that was helpful.
Overall nice stay.
