Not worth the money or head ache close to beach Yes that’s the only plus. No dishes in room called said had to request so I did they said they were bringing them they never did therefore paying for kitchen was useless. Make sure you bring $ on a card for dep ( I can not put any specific pricing on here)and be prepared to pay parking and a service fee. If you decide to extend your stay you will repay service fee if you book online. It is nice to know this before booking for budgeting and That is why I’m writing this for others to know. They do not care in the least about service but $ is their focus. Also you will check in at a different building something to note fortunately our taxi driver was patient. Then you will go a few blocks to your room the pool is in a different building which with all the hassle we simply didn’t use. The breakfast is fruit cereal toast juice nothing worth rushing to get there between 8-9 which is also another building. If you have mobility issues the stairs are very inclined. If the beach being close is your only concern definitely book. If you want what you pay for do yourself a favor and save yourself the head ache.

Office directions are just a bunch of signs telling you to go right. No real direction.
Room pictures are for each lot, not the actual room....so I received a room that was not what I was intending to book, very misleading and irritating.
The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows were tough and lumpy, we had a king bed and had small pillows.
The kitchenette had a busted up sink, the bathroom shower faucet was falling off, and the doors all had loose kick plates , so they were very tough to open.
The overall vibe was bad from the start and I was mad I didn't get what I paid for.

I loved that when I walked out my door the beach was right in front. Beautiful view. The room had everything needed including kitchen essentials.

Location, location, location! We can overlook A LOT of small details because the location was so amazing. Overall... we loved our stay and would recommend to others.

We first Arrived and the room we booked was over booked? Or not available. But still got charged the same for a smaller room and one that didn’t look nearly the same to photos listed also wasn’t an ocean view or partial ocean like I booked. Some of the tiles would bend when you walk on them, the bathroom door looked like it was punched and was cracked with a hole, also the door was dirty. One sheet one the bed had a cigarette burn or had a hole burned into it. Only plus to my trip was a 1 minute walk to the beach and could walk around the board walk.

Great views of the ocean .. nice area to walk around .. great dining in the area. Our room was cute nothing fancy but location and views were amazing. Steps away from the beach!!

I was greatly surprised when I checked in for my stay at the property. I was unaware of an additional $59 PER night service fee charged by the hotel. This greatly increased the cost of the stay. Hotels.com did not disclose this additional fee. It’s hard to comparison shop when booking if there are hidden fees. On a positive note, the room was very close to the beach and restaurants.

They overcharge you once you get there there was no pool as they advertise. Parking is extra is not free parking. It’s just for one hour clean disgusting safety. I fell hurt myself for a step that they don’t even have a sign is the worst hotel ever.

The bathroom ceiling leaked for 2 days. There was something dripping from the top deck in the entrance door. It dripped on my head every time I walked in or out of my room. There was black mold on the wall around the window air conditioner. The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. A cockroach the size of a half dollar ran across my floor. The woman who checked me in gave me a hard time.

This place is not accommodating what so ever!!! My flight was delayed for Storm. I emailed and tried calling the hotel. No response from email and phone is fax. Tried to check in and they wouldn't let me check in to my room since I didn't get there by the end of check in time the night before. I told them that I emailed them and to check their inbox. He was not having any excuses what so ever even though I had documentation from the airlines. I contacted hotels.com to get my $700.00 back but the hotel told them no for refunding. So disappointed with their service. And my credit card company is handling this transaction.

The property was perfectly located on the Beach. Great location. Room was very clean.

Hotel failed to inform us that the rooms were infested with termites. We had to be accommodated to a nearby motel and made us pay extra. So not only did they fail to inform us of the room situations on BOTH rooms we booked but we had to pay extra for mediocre rooms nearby. And to top it off they waited until we arrived to inform us. Not great on their behalf. But at least we got to lay our heads somewhere at night as we anticipated.

The staff is quite nice, the area is really very good, the beach is very close.
Shops are present all along the walkway.
The website said partial ocean view but I leaned out of the small window as far as I could but apart from the walls it was impossible to see the ocean.
The windows AC was so noisy we can not slept, the floor was really durty with sand, the shower didn't works and the room smelled the musty, three days after the back at home the luggage smell the musty.
The breakfast is included but between 8 am to 9 am, it is to short for all resident of the hotel and there is not enought tables for all.
They should lengthen the breakfast time, the room to get the food is so small taht need someone to organise the waiting line.
They must provide more kind of food for the breakfast
Be carful, The hotel parking lot is chargeable but first come, first served, your place is not reserved.
The closest parking lot is almost $100 per day and it is really hard to find a place.

We got locked in our room on the first day had to have maintenance come. Floors were greasy and slippery even when not wet. The kitchen supplies were a box you had to get from the front. You get what you get. For 2 people we got one fork, one spoon, and one knife. Booked what room showed an oven. No oven and were basically told you get what you get. Maintenance and house keeping were nice. I paid extra to stay for late checkout. Room keys quit working at 11. House keeping kept coming to clean the room. Rooms were clean but not a great experience.

This hotel could not possibly have a better location in Hollywood Beach. Other highlights…the refrigerator/freezer was big, shower was warm at times and the bed was comfortable. The tv worked also. The place is not fancy and outside a closet with a few hangers and a small cupboard about the hot plate, there is no storage for your belongings. Breakfast consisted of some bananas, breads, and processed bakery items. There is an additional charge for parking but that cost does not go to have non-permit holder towed from the spaces. They do seem to employ spotters to guide you to empty spaces among the multiple properties. Check in was a nightmare. Small office with not enough staff. Took me over an hour wait to check in.
Knowing all this, the location is perfect and price is much less than surrounding places so I might consider it again. Oh, the pools were uninhabitable.

Easy walk to a larger dining and entertainment area.
Included breakfast is basic continental style. Room was modern and clean. Additional resort fee was added at check-in. On-site parking was convenient.

Room advertised on website and booked was not even comparable to the room upon check in! Very disappointing!! Had to pay for additional upgrade for a comparable room that was advertised as booked room. Did not receive room deposit back at check out.

Very, very deceiving pictures! I do a lot of research before booking and the one thing I liked about this was the sitting area along the broadwalk and view. My biggest complaint is this nice Tiki Hut shown in the pictures now has a 6’ high solid wood fence around it completely blocking your view and giving next to know where to sit. It’s a bike rental business under the hut and they claim to have been there for approx 2 years. So why don’t the pictures show this! Huge disappointment having no view or place to sit! The kind person that works there completely agreed with me and said the owners just don’t care. He assisted us in changing our room from one located in an ally between the hotels to one on the side with the huge fence. Not good but a bit better. Another issue is they have one office to check in and they own 23 properties! Well you can imagine the chaos and the wait time was long as stated in other reviews. The bed was comfortable thank god for that. When we walked in we felt sand all over the floor otherwise it was pretty clean. Our shower dripped non stop. Will not be returning.

I think for the price I paid it was worth it. Location is perfect, very close to the ocean. The bed was very comfort. The condition of the property is not too good but as I said for the price I paid, I can’t complain. I think the only think I can suggest is to train the staff to be more friendly and answer your question with good manners.

rooms were older than expected and have not been updated except for a poorly laid floor. Most of the rooms had no outdoor space which meant no where to eat anything that was prepared in the room guests had to sit on the bed to eat. Also there wasnt any storage for clothing
