An excellent 4-star hotel hiding behind a 3-star cover. Everything was perfect, would recommend any time.

Good location and lovely room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The room and hotel were nice and modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good even though the same menu all 5 days. Overall a real nice stay for a good price and I would definitely stay here again m

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at T2!! Just the perfect room really - beautiful, simple and minimalist design, great condition, super friendly staff! And all that for a very reasonable price. Also just a 15minute walk from both BTS & MRT stations, so well connected. Definitely staying here again in the future!

A bit off and hard to find, but no problem if you take a taxi/tuk-tuk from Makkasan station. About 15 min walk to Sala-Daeng BTS-station. Nice clean rooms, quite large rooms and rather newly built. I didn’t buy the breakfast, but it didn’t look so good. But there are nice, cheap cafés near-by on the road. Would definitely come back!

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, relaxing, with a convenient location.

Pretty new (I think) hotel in a quiet spot with modern, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. New SMART TV with several English channels if you need them and Netflix if you have an account. Excellent wifi. The pool is more of a jacuzzi - don't expect to be swimming lengths. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. About 10 mins to Skytrain once you know the way. A bit away from the main tourist spots but there are restaurants (both local and tourist) in the area. Hotel got us a GRAB taxi for 84 BHT to Lumpini station with our luggage from where we took the MRT/ARL to BKK airport.

Very nice room and clean. The staffs are super nice especially Mr Aye. Hope can improve breakfast since everyday is the same food. maybe can addin some asian food.

We checked in when the hotel had only started operations for 19 days, and bore the brunt of some teething but unacceptable problems. 1) Halfway through our stay (we were there for 8 nights), we noticed 3 articles of clothing had gone missing from our room when we returned at night. We called the receptionist, who told us they would check whether our clothes had been accidentally taken and sent for cleaning together with the hotel towels. When we checked in the next morning, they said the cleaner did not find our clothes. A request for another check to be conducted yielded a nil return as well. While the clothes were not of high monetary value, they bore sentimental value to us. Yet the hotel staff neither assumed responsibility nor displayed empathy. They also did not proactively provide any updates until we approached them. Very disappointing service and attitude. 2) Housekeeping standards would differ day by day. We would return to our room to varying placements of various items, with essentials like toilet paper and toiletries not refilled. 3) When we checked out, we asked the staff for help in booking Grab service - specifically, the drop-off address that would allow us to take an airport shuttle. We had done our research online, but was not fully sure of the info as we didn't understand Thai. Two staff that we met both told us they were not sure, yet did not offer to help to check on this and merely asked us to call a taxi. Again, disappointing service.

Really clean and brand-new, nice staff and good area
