TVs were also out for the night. None of this was brought to my attention upon check in so once I made it to my room and discovered all that was wrong I headed back down to request a refund which I imagined seeing how this was all hotel’s fault I would be accommodated but Not at all just no help whatsoever all I got offered was a “sorry” just plain horrible,
All of this is completely unacceptable especially when the rates are so high I would expect to get what I pay for. What a waste of money! I ended up just having to leave and stay in the Aloft hotel next door! So glad I made the change ALOFT gets 5star.

The hotel is only 3 years d. The room was super clean. Hot water was super hot. The beds were super comfortable we come to the Dallas area at least once every other month will stay here again

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, wifi tv so we had access to all of our streaming apps. Breakfast was really good as well. My wife and i keep a list of stay/no stay hotels and the Fairfield chain will be going in our stay category.

The staff were amazing. They have courtesy van service that dropped and picked you from the airport whenever you need it. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very nice without unnecessary grandeur
